So do I. I live in ashland now but I used to live in louisville,ky. The theatere we used to see it at went out of business in the 90's ;( after 50 years of being in business.

They did it weekly in louisville until about 1997 I believe it was. Maybe sooner. I wish I could find the article. The place that had the show was the marque theatre I believe. They did it weekly and took donations each time to fund the place.

Then without warning the monday after one of the weekend shows the papers showed the marque's banner which stated "thanks for 50 years" and they abruptly shut down :(.

It was sad.

@lordtalon69 It was the Vogue theatre in Saint Matthews. Spent many nights there. It was an old school movie theatre that had a stage in front of the screen. It was perfect for the show and it was weekly until the owners sold the place and they turned it into retail. Very sad day, an icon of Louisville was lost. I think Rocky is still done monthly at Baxter Avenue but obviously it isn't what the Vogue was.

I find this Riff-Raff to be the best onstage Riff-Raff I've ever seen. Absolutely no competition. He mixes macabre with mental in beautiful ways, and manages to pull it off with his own sexy twist on the role. Overall, perfect.

The character of Riff Raff isn't meant to have anything to do with SEXY. In fact, quite the opposite. Which is why I cringe when all the girls scream when the lights go on him. It's not about a dead sexy boy who can sing (average). It's about an edgy character from another planet which, in my opinion, he failed at miserably in both personality and choice of vocal accent.

Brad was good, but Janet over sang by adding her own "zing".

Ahh the danger of theaters and remakes in wrong hands...
