There is no way I would get down that low. I looked sick at 132... so I'm very happy where I am now. Sometimes it's hard mentally b/c I judge myself too harshly and look at those charts and tell myself I'm still fat, but then I look at pics and see that I am ok. lol I swear, the mental side of this whole thing is the hardest!!!
