Eventually they reach the reptilian civilization, and then Leon and Mahogany have one last fight, ending with Leon impaling Mahogany's throat with a bone, and then driving a knife through the top of his head. Then, the train conductor rips out Leon's tongue and eats it. He then kills Maya and rips her heart out, and then tells Leon he is to become the new butcher. Funny thing is, I'm not joking.
