Hmm...How do you lose a lot of weight the first week of your program and barely any the next week? For anyone out there wondering or experiencing this, it's the body's way of saying "WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME!!??" Keep your head high, push on and the numbers start sliding back up a bit. A lot of the initial weight loss is water weight anyway, to lose a lb or more of fat in a week is freaking amazing!
