I had a really stupid cat that let himself be lured to the same tree day by day by a pair of magpies. They really enjoyed themselves ( I mean, the magpies, not the cat - the poor bastard found himself hanging from the thinest branch and meowing like crazy. Magpies rock!
Magpies are little fearless shits n make the most annoying noise,, the ones here make more of a very loud and fast "CA CA CA CA CA CA CA" from sunrise to sun down,, ive found a blank blast from my Co2 air pistol scares them off for a while but as soon as they see my cat they dive bomb him,, he caught one once n went sick on it, the others dissapeared for a month or two but soon returned..... i hate em..!
Loved the vid, very funny! :) (The bird actually is NOT a magpie, magpies will attack a cat, even sometimes wounding it. Magpies are very agressive birds that attack and they are bigger with longer beaks)
Oops, I meant not an AUSTRALIAN Magpie..I was standing right next to my poor neighbours cat when 2 magpies landed and chased the cat, one actually pecked the cat and caused a wound...poor cat was terrified.. I chased the agro birds away eventually, but they weren't even to concerned about me...poor cat!

Right this bird is actually an European Magpie. They are weaker and smaller and thus tend to tease rather then actually attacking.
