I work for Volvo Trucks in the UK and got to drive several cars around the track at speed when there for a Vista competition. They breatherlyse you before you`re let out in anything but never ask if you can drive.

These tests have shown me that its payed off! My 2001 Volvo S60 2.4T has almost

270,000 miles on it and BARELY now, we're having radiator problems. Moreover, its just a leaky water pump! Volvo is simply the best in reliability and safety!

@h3e44 I work as a testdriver at Hällered, testing trucks. You move to sweden, work your ass of as a driver (Trucks) for many years, and if you are EXTREAMLY lucky, you get an offer to start as an driver at Hällered Proving Ground. There where 400 people wanting my spot, but i was the lucky one...

I was there in August 1998. I got the

opportunity to whip the then new s80

T6 around the track.They only let us

go 240kpm max.Later we ate sandwiches.
