i used this room and the long punch bag alone at times then hit the gym equipment. Boxing fitness burn lots of calories to be implemented in a fitness regime. Good for quick weight reduction. Anyway, this place is not a proper boxing gym, and no boxing ring in it. But it's good for a start in KB. $6 per entrance.

I hear there are plenty in Bandar, but this particular one is in Kuala Belait, nexy to Wywy at Pandan Lima, to the left of Wywy. Let me know if you don't find it or need more info.
