these people are so dum, i live in aveley in kenningtons and just cuz u walk through a village with a whistle and a high viz jacket wont stop anything and its actually funny you think itl stop them building on a area tht when i pass there is full of horse shit and rubbish

@heskey21 I live on the kenningtons estate as well, and it does do something believe it or not.
It raises awareness which can change quite a lot.
Nevertheless, the horse shit is annoying.
