Robin Williams heart surgery was a replacement of the heart valve, aorta or mitral , either one. The reason he did again is because he choose the pig's valve and it need to be replace after 10 years.

He looks fine and yes healthy , I guess... people today will not die with these heart conditions. Don't worry!

A lot of it has to do with Robin's weight. He's put on a good bit in the past 7 years. Weight can really make somelook older than they actually are. Do you remember Al Gore in 2002-2007? He was huge. But look at him now. I didn't vote for him, but he looks a lot better than he used to.
