What a great meditation! I can feel it from the top of my head to the sole of my feet. It makes me feel invincible and connected to GOD.

@rockkong1 okay i will meditate more but this is crazy too me because they are still there just waiting on me and i know i have to get my vibrational level higher because it is like i am taking on the underworld. or i just need to let go and trust i guess. and when i do it i see all colors but purple is the main one. it only took me 1 week from start to finish with opening my eye. thank you so much for your kind words.

hello i might be crazy lol but i opened up my third eye and i see shadow people when i look through my third eye and i dont know how to get rid of them and i am freaking out now and i need someone to please help me. i am afraid to meditate because i am afraid they will jump me or something and i am scarred now and dont know what to do someone help me.

@pattysis1st Don't be afraid, They are not there to hurt you... Meditate continue they are there to guide you feel the sensation of the third eye, Its likely they are angels or famous king and emperors from the past

@pattysis1st Don't what your belief system is but for me because of my belief in my Creator, my GOD, it never occurs to me to be afraid. I welcome HIS presence and appreciate that HE is ALWAYS with me to guide and help me because that is what HE is. HE is LOVE and GUARDIAN of all that we are. Just remember and believe in that and the shadows will disappear forthwith. TRY IT!

The top of my head, chakra energy or soft spot immediately became numb and started tingling. After the entire video, the top of my head is pulsating heavily. That was interesting. I feel like my hearing has intensified. I'm going to bed. Good video.

After i watched this my whole body n nerves were shot with sensation and i got the chills and its liky my body released... What is that? Im 14 so im not so experienced but when i closed my eyes i had slight visualizations i didnt quite grasp anything tho.

@lucasn23 congratulations ,welcome aboard .i had same experience when i started my spritual journey few yrs back . as far i know its opening of chakras.just keep be with urself countinuly ,practice , u will start getting all the answer . still i wud suggest find a true master , in begining its good to be with a master and meditate under supervison . god bless
