you could replace his character design with Cid Raines (plus voice), make him look half guado looking with some veins and he's a perfect looking villain.
Keep the psychopathic rage that you have against the entire world though. That's always a keeper in Final Fantasy.
In all honesty, if Seymour dress a bit less puffy (makes him look fat even though you can see a six-pack) and didn't have that high pitched weird voice, I would think he'd be one of the coolest characters. He is cool-ish, but those traits just bring down his character, I mean besides being psychopathic (which I think is kinda cool)
ya I can see Zanarkand as the matrix... because the undead souls at that place on the way to zanarkand that made up the visions and the city in thier dreams.. well you could plugin that way or something
