Really nice take on the song....BUT the only problem is that this song is meant for and sounds best on piano...its nice on guitar but it takes away the somber down and sad feeling of the original that only piano can provide

In between the verses, instead of alternating between D and C, try going to F (maj7) after the first verse, and F (maj7) and G(6th) after the second. And then the same after the third verse.
