I wish call of duty never came out,neither did battlefield or halo reach,and Halo3 would continue being the most played game forever. COD, BF are not better games, they are just more played because they are more new.But Halo3 will forever be THE BEST video game ever made. Massive Custom games and matchmaking was awesome not to mention the flawless and amazing storyline or the chilling, well written OST's.Halo3 is the best part of my childhood and I'm sad to see that it is gone. But not forgotten

The only other FPS I enjoyed as much was Cod4. Even then it never touched Halo 3 for me. Frankly, I sucked at it all those years ago, and suck nearly as much today. That never stopped my friends and me from having the time of our lives. So many MLG, forge, and campaign historic moments to speak of. Honestly, those were childhood hours well spent. Thanks Bungie.

i played this game since the day it came out. this game truly changed the way i thought about video games in general. i played this game for over 3 years. this really brings back memories i had with this game. i remember playing custom games with friends and watching the countdown till the release on G4. This game just made me keep on playing like no other game ive played before. i wish the halo 3 community could still be at its prime but those days are gone, but not forgotten.

I miss this game so much. I feel like as the years go on, the XBL culture is declining. You see, you could go play this game and find friends from across the world and have epic gaming adventures. Everyone wold have mics, people would talk, be friendly, and communicate. I remember the old days of Super Omega Journey, and achievement hunting for that damn Katana XD But alas, you do not find that anymore, and the great XBL era know simply as "Halo" is over, but not forgotten.

@mtgLoGic It's okay, you can still play online with friends. There are many people playing Halo 3 online. By the way, the only reason they shut off Halo 2 multiplayer is because it's for the xbox, and they shut those servers down. Worry not, Halo will never die.

It saddens me that I never had an xbox 360 within Halo 3's prime. Would have loved to have had the multiplayer experience. @Vendetta162X Nah dude. Halo 3 was a lot of fun, but Bungie gave it their all for Halo Reach. Graphics, multiplayer gameplay, you name it. They improved EVERYTHING for Halo Reach except for the Marine AI in the campaign which is really glitchy when you ask them to get into your hog. I only play Halo 3 with friends for the multiplayer, occasionally for campaign, but all for nostalgia's sake.
