Terry Callier is a true artist. Not only a creator of music in his own right, but a stylist of great songs like this one. Much underrated and unappreciated, but a true artist.

I was not into the Ellington version. Guess it needed a little Callier spike in it to get my attention. I too love this version. No slight to the Duke, but Callier's feeling this one.

Incredible...
I love this version for Ellington´s song.
It made me cry when my boyfriend gave it to me one year ag0. It still makes me cry everytime I listen to it. Because this is an amazing song. And because he´s no longer here.
