You know, I still haven't seen the scar detail from "The Sands of Time." He looks like he's been through Hell to get to his goal, but in the rest of the games, he looks the same throughout the whole thing. But one thing I like about the look of this game is it shows how much of a warrior the Prince became within those seven years, especially since they're so many huge battles.

Wii version of this is awesome.... but it's NOT the same game at all, Ubisoft Quebec developed it seperatly and choose to deliver a diffrent POP game, instead of being lazy...

"The Forgotten sands" instead refers to a lost dessert persian kingdom you set out to conquer, and apart from continuing the story, there's no major connection plotwise to sands of time. It's worth getting if you have that console.

I'm still gonna buy this but it would be much better if they sorted out those wacky looking jumps, made the combat more like it was in warrior within, gave the prince a facelift or something (he's one ugly mofo now) and possibly made the enemies more responsive, it looks like most of them stand around doing nothing when you fight. I dont care if they had to push it back another month or so it would be much better for it.

I just read 2 previews for this game and unfortunately the dual blade combat will not be present in this game. The fighting system will be similar to the Sands of time(although in the sands of time the prince actually had 2 swords at the same time for most of the game).I have to say that without the dual swords system the forgotten sands looses some of the greatness present in the WW and ToT. WW was my favorite because of the best fighting system.

Hopefully this game will still be fun to play.
