These are DEFINITELY the best boots ever. No other boot before or after can clash these. In terms of comfort they mould around your feet and aree not covere in plastic crap like many of the new ones. This was the pinnacle of predator and boot in general. I am dying to get these boots back on shelves. I dont understand how adidas are not bothering. I think because it will damage their current styling and 'R&D' with the new manias. But these are unequivically the best boots ever. Nuf said.

I like this Preds model...I've had them for over 6 years (gun metal color) and they are hard to kill. The new ones are cool (Predator X) but they don't have the "tongue" that gave the Preds...the Preds style...I sure would buy this model again if there was a re-launch, just as I would buy the UCL Absolute black version SG :) nice boots!

Those are the best shoes ever... I actually still have them they were my first predators and the last ones because... since then I haven't buy any predators because i don't like any of the new versions. Hopefully the can come out with something similar after the world cup... I wish they will still sell them..

Hmmm dont you look on ebay to see how much Mania's sell for on there? Used firm ground pairs in just the standard colourway fetch up to, and over £200 pounds. They are a great boot, and there are even petitions on google to bring them back into the shops. Check yourself.

There are a few factors you got to take into consideration. Such as fabrics and materials used and where the boot is made.

If these are boots made in Germany and at the R&D shop where they make the boots for the pro players, then these boots are technically far surperior to the new predators you can buy in the store.

They play better because they are softer and break in faster. They last longer and feel better.

@l0dgey all the models of predators offer different advantages, all the models up to the Mania. Are for shot power, then after they are for shot swerve, only the new ones are designed for power, and newer bootfs are less technically advanced, because there are tougher health and safety laws on boot protrusions such as rubber teeth seen on older models

@MegaMrDamo What the hell are you talking about? You don't even know what the names are for the all the predator models! All of the predators are designed for Swerve, Power, and Precision. Adidas just trys new things to improve the effiency of the swerve zone. And what the fuck is this law about boot protrusions? There's no such fucking thing! A company in Australia just released a boot called the Deztruct that has 1/2 inch protrusions that aid in swerve and power and no laws are passed on it.
