  • this is not for all beginners my clients would probaly struggle...

  • Sorry to say that this is not a Multi-Directional Lunge. As long as u dont have your pelvic fixed it is the same sagitttal lunge no matter which direction u turn.

  • i dont understand why people who thrive in the realm of endurance aerobic sports feel the need to teach weight training

  • True about the lunge ,BUT the exercise is still transverse hence maybe "multidirectional"

  • the dude is right, I thought the same thing as I watched it. NOT multi-directional, duh...now if she did not pivot the foot and actually lunged to the side or obliquely, the it WOULD be. It's not mult-directional just because you're facing a different way!

  • That IS not a multi directional lunge. They were all in a sagittal plane of movement. Jesus.

  • what about the twist and the movement of the arms across the body....NOT sagittal plane!

  • I'm talking about the actual lunge, not the additional ball movement, that can be added at any time. She is supposed to be demonstrating a 'multi-directional lunge', that's why I commented on that, I couldn't care less if she fingered herself in the ass druing the movement, it's still wrong!
