Maybe I am too unaware of modern metal scene, to express any objective judgement.

However I am sure that, back from mid 1980s to 1993 there were very few bands with such a powerful sound, and still fewer who could even DREAM to play like Coroned did.

It's now 20 years [!!!] I started to listen, and although I have always like also very different generes, Coroner, early Voivod (1984-1993), Death Angel, Holy Terror and a few more still RULE over more famous but less skillful bands... Franzzz
