Americans stupidly commit themselves to the :"Republican" or "Democratic" parties. One person may be a "liberal" while the other is a "conservative."
Who cares? Are we really simple enough to stuff ourselves into a category? Can we not think independently? Stop subscribing to these labels, Americans, and realize that divided we will certainly fall.

Obomba's riding a white horse! Are you trying to say he's one of those four apocalypse guys -- the death dude?
The white horse is the American govt. In the Bibble, the bad guy rides it first ... rides it right between his legs like a penis extension and uses it like a weapon to say #!*^ to the world. And then the good guy rides that white horse next (partners with the American govt.) and saves the day!
Pay attention America, this is what Obama has done on a small scale: "Amazingly, of the 789 dealerships closed by the fed govt, 788 had donated money, exclusively to Republican political causes, while contributing nothing to Democratics. The only "Democratic" dealership on the list was found to have donated $7,700 to Hillary's campaign, and a bit over $2,000 to John Edwards. This dealership, reportedly, also gave $20,000 to Obama's campaign." Ron Paul 2012

Vote Ron Paul 2012 to end the FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS' 40 YEAR LONG UNSUCCESSFUL WAR on the people's freedom of choice to consume substances (The end of the War on Drugs).
Ron Paul to BRING HOME the troops.
Ron Paul to audit the fed. Ron Paul to end the "Patriot" Act. Ron Paul to end the private bankers' "Federal" Reserve and the power for them to print currency (UNCONSTITUTIONAL).
Ron Paul to end warantless spying on American citizens, like you and I
The cakes a lie, its a tarp. Republicans, Democrats, who can tell them apart once you look at their policies aren't they just a bunch of corporate goons or banksters?
Inventing ways to spend tax based resources is what democrats do.Might as well expect a leopard to change his spots and give up camoflauge for an advantage. If you are obsessed with the idea of a balanced field of conflict.
The federal reserve is a private bank, free of any government involvement, that collects taxes from us using the IRS and prints unfounded amounts of money using the us mint. It takes our US dollar and loans it to our government on interest, and sometimes loans money to global banks who partake in critically fraudulent and wreckless business practices. You are a sheep. They control every single news organization. The internet is the last bastion of freedom.
aww if only life was really like this. but lets remember if the fucking GOP would stop having a fucking stick up there ass cause Obama is black then maybe we could achieve a form of life kinda like this but oh no the god dam Conservative retards like to just bash the good Obama trys to do because they are racist dick heads who only like the top 2%. Obama 2012 bitches!!!!!
@lightningpower777 I agree we are closer to the end than ever before. Our lives are just a passing vapor in the grand march of time. The terrestrial preceeds the celestial.Birth pangs must be endured before the joy of new life is exposed.
look at norway = highest median income - number 1 in education- no poverty - free health care- 9xmore patents per capita - almost no crime-2nd in women elected (sweden1us66)- people live better in prison there than most of our middle class - they refuse to send prisoners to the united states - not just because of the death penalty but its inhumane - we would be better off with socialism - but there's a better solution to our problems -the RBE watch zeitgeist addendum zeitgeist moving forward
our coprporate pwned politicans are a disgrace - capitalism is a disgrace - we need to look around rhe world and see what really works - norway type sociaism - and even that cant solve all the worlds problems - we really need a resource based economy
This video is such bull. How is obamacare a broken promise when Obama campaigned in favor of universal healthcare? And since the healthcare bill was passed, unemployment has never surpassed May 2010, the month after the bill was passed. I hold those asshole Republicans in the House, for putting politics before country, and not working with the president to make the economy better.
America's problems are rooted in our mentality that it's not our job to take care of the poor. And it is, folks.
Can someone direct me to an anti-liberal video that doesn't just spew crap and actually argues facts? It's honestly been an incredibly difficult task. Republicans just don't seem to care about statistics or credibility.
Tired of the government telling you to support american jobs? Well, i got the solution for you! Support Ron Paul by OUTSOURCING AMERICAN JOBS to sweatshops in El Salvador by purchasing your own RON PAUL 2012 CAMPAIGN T-SHIRT today!
John Bolton and fellow war hawk Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-CT) don’t want the Pentagon to have to sacrifice in order to rein in the nation’s debt and deficit. In fact, they actually want more military spending and they want to cut Social Security in order to pay for it.
@barsense Should'nt you be busy on Bama's re-election campain. He will need maximum effort to keep the dream alive. When is the next debt ceiling catastrophe planned?
Are these Obama ad campaigns real or a parody mocking him ? Serious question :S I just got done watching Dr. Ron Paul's (Animation"Answer for 2012") and it was perfect true professionalism and spoken from the heart. These Obama ads seem like a cheap intro commercial for a film. What's up with rainbow unicorns. FUCK THAT NIQQA Ron Paul 2012 from UK
This is why you people should have voted for Ron Paul. I wouldn't vote for any politician but he seems to be the only one who's not corrupt. Don't believe me? Look him up.
@Yabuturtle Just because he's not corrupt, doesn't mean he's correct. Look up what he thinks about the Department of Education. I'm already taking it up the ass in student loans. Wouldn't it have been awesome if ALL of my loans were privatized?
@screaminpman What about the Department of Education? That shouldn't have existed in the first place and our standard of education has gone down once they took over. He's often correct on a lot of issues aside from being not corrupt. And the most important thing about him is that he's consistent, while many politicians flip flop around.
@Yabuturtle Our standard of education has gone down since Department of Education took over? Can you substantiate that with a source? I did a quick search and couldn't find any statistics validating your statement.
I used to be into Ron Paul for his stance on the drug war and military involvement in foreign countries, but some of his hardline economic policies I flat out disagree with.
@screaminpman You can look at history itself and look at the quality of education. I believe they purposely dumb down America, which is why America, is well dumber then they used to be. Why have one anyway? We did fine without it. When the government tried to regulate something like that, it always ends up bad. Where does it say in the Constitution that they should control education? I don't have a problem with his economic policies. What's wrong with gold, cuts, and balancing the budget?
@Yabuturtle I don't think that it's education that is dumbing people down--it's media and television.
"When the government tries to regulate something like that, it always ends up bad." I feel like this is an assumption that is based on rhetoric. Do you think that the private sector could better handle infrastructure, police, defense, etc? Those are massive systems run by the government that add a lot of value to the American way of life.
@Yabuturtle You're right, the Constitution never said anything about funding education. However, the world is a MUCH more complex place now compared to the time in which the Constitution was written. It has very valid points about the structure and function of government, but it is limited in scope.
"What's wrong with gold, cuts, and balancing the budget?" We can't possibly cut our way out of this. If you think unemployment is bad now, see what happens when you cut income from so many ppl.
@screaminpman Yes, but that's not much of an excuse to go against the Constitution, to give yourself that authority when really they don't have any right. We can cut our way, by not spending as much. Bringing the troops alone could save tons of money all together, not funding certain programs like The Department of Education, cutting foreign aid, income tax ect.
@Yabuturtle I feel like you're treating the Constitution as holy scripture, whereas I see the Constitution as a guide post. In other words, you interpret the Constitution on a literal level, and I interpret the Constitution on a figurative level. I think we can both agree that the debt needs to come down, we just have different priorities. Our government debt is at 100% of our GDP. It doesn't seem realistic to me that we can trim that down to a reasonable level through cuts alone.
Your view of the Constitution is alarming! No, the constitution is neither "holy scripture" nor a "guide post." The Constitution is LAW. And when you interpret LAW "figuratively" you place politicians ABOVE THE LAW. That's called FASCISM!
As far as "cuts alone," try understanding the RESULT of raising taxes. First, there's not enough income to make the SLIGHTEST DENT in the debt. Second, taking more money OUT OF THE ECONOMY will hurt it even further! Is that RESULT you want?
@UncleIrv Can you tell me why there are Amendments to the Constitution? The fact of the matter is the Constitution can't possibly tell us how to interpret every situation in today's life. That's why we have judges who have to make a judgement call.
Regarding second point: large businesses are already taking money out of the economy through stock piling their cash and outsourcing jobs. We should end Bush Tax Cuts and invest in infrastructure. That will create jobs we can measure.
The reason there are "amendments in the Constitution" is because THE CONSTITUTION ITSELF PROVIDES FOR THEM WITHIN IT'S ORIGINAL TEXT. So amendments have nothing to do with "figurative" interpretation. They are entirely consistent with a STRICT READING of the Constitution--not a violation of it!
And besides the fact that there is NO MONEY LEFT for further "infrastructure" spending, that sort of spending DOES NOT GROW THE ECONOMY. It is short term.
@UncleIrv Okay, so can you tell me what the Constitution literally says about Gay Marriage or Abortion?
You're obviously a believer in supply-side economics. I would say that it works sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't. We've tipped too far in favor of it. Yes, infrastructure may be short-term, but we're having a problem with unemployment and businesses holding on to their cash and not hiring. So, get people working, they can spend on goods, and businesses start hiring again.
The Constitution is mute on gay marriage. But it requires DUE PROCESS. Because "marriage" is an established common-law legal term, gay marriage is not a civil rights issue but one of LEGAL DEFINITION. So it can only be changed by DUE PROCESS.
The Constitution is mute on abortion. But it requires EQUAL PROTECTION. So the question is whether an unborn child is a "person." This question is hotly debated.
The way to "get people working" is to create a stable business environment.
To create a stable business environment you need to reduce bureaucracy and government interference, reduce and stabilize labor costs, and make a competitive corporate tax environment.
The first step is to REPEAL OBAMA-CARE. That legislation will be DEVASTATING for business when it fully takes effect. This is the biggest single reason corps are scared to hire.
You also need to reign in the EPA to stop harassing business. You need to kill off all talk of imposing "Cap and Trade."
@UncleIrv Honestly, I do not know everything that Obamacare and Cap and Trade propose, so I will not speak of those policies specifically, but I feel that we fundamentally disagree about policy. Poor oversight and regulation is what tanked the economy in the first place, so it would be hard for me to justify giving business even more space. Intelligent and efficient regulation (although I don't hold out much hope for such policy) and a short-term boost from gov't should be the way forward.
You've been misled. "Poor oversight and regulation" is NOT what tanked the economy. Yes, that's what lefties say, but stop buying their lies.
C'mon, think...you KNOW what tanked the economy. It was "TOXIC ASSETS" in the home mortgage sector. Remember?
WHO MADE THOSE ASSETS TOXIC? It was lefties in government FORCING banks to make high-risk loans. Why? Because their lefty friends were bilking MILLIONS from Fanny Mae / Freddy Mac!
@UncleIrv "infrastructure" spending, that sort of spending DOES NOT GROW THE ECONOMY." Not sure what planet your on,but i would like you to prove to me that infrastructure spending doesn't help grow and economy!
It's simple. Infrastructure spending is SHORT TERM. It creates temporary work for EXISTING businesses, but it does nothing to encourage the sort of long term venture capital outlay that creates permanent new jobs. In other words, it does nothing to GROW THE ECONOMY.
The problem is, your assumptions are based on a KEYNESIAN economic model. These are the same outdated, dysfunctional economic assumptions that are KILLING us right now.
@UncleIrv You should really research how bad our infrustructure is. Infrustructure would make more money for workers, and businesses if it was improved. Time is money, and no one can deny that statement! If infrustructure is poor then business, and workers spend more time doing what could have been done more effeciently. I really don't understand why right wingers can fight that. Oh,because big bad government. Then talk about private industry getting involved, but don't say we don't need it.
@Pomiferous Rick Perry is in fact responsible for Texas being the second biggest state recipient of stimulus dollars -- ostensibly "redistributed" from tax payers in other states.
You have it wrong. Let me explain the conservative position on infrastructure...
No one says infrastructure is intrinsically "bad." Our issue is not that we are against INFRASTRUCTURE. What we are against is DYSFUNCTIONAL ECONOMIC THEORIES.
Infrastructure spending (this is so simple!) TAKES AS MUCH MONEY OUT of the economy as it puts in. And as I explained, it does not GROW the economy.
And timing wise, it is NOT the thing to do when the main crisis is DEBT and UNEMPLOYMENT.
@UncleIrv Listen, this has nothing to do with economic theories. Let's please put them aside. This is about america being able to compete in the business world. Ronald reagan was right about one thing when he said it would cost more to let our infrustructure to fall in disrepair. All the money lost in america, because america likes to sit in traffic, waste time on dropped phone calls, poor internet service or lack of,an education system falling (both private and public),and health of our citizens.
@UncleIrv You have it wrong. We have tried your side for the longest time, putting infrustructure aside decade after decade, and now we are paying for it. It is exactly what you do in the time of a debt, and unemployment crisis. Infrustructure in itself is not the solution to unemployment, but the benefits are,and it is undeniable! It has been done before. History is on my side, and against your arguement.
It's hard to blame any one person or political party for decades of infrustructure neglect I would think. It sounds like a talking point for increased taxation for the most part.
@Athruebelief I have no doubt that raised taxes put money in some peoples pockets and help stimulate thier income.Though, I still hold to the theory the US Government needs to go on a fast.Let's trim some expenditures. Due to the massive deficits that have been racked up recently.Who could argue that more spending is in the best interest of economic recovery.
@Athruebelief Why is taking advantage seen as a virtue ? Getting the feds out of the education process seems like a good first step.Universal education tactics seem to be a tactic only control freaks could cozy up to.
Well, now you have demonstrated just how full of shit you are.
You say we have "put infrastructure aside decade after decade"??? Excuse me...what was that one trillion dollars of borrowed Chinese money you guys just spend on "shovel ready" stimulus??? Oh yeah...I forgot you wasted that on graft, corruption, and government union kickback schemes.
The only "history" that is "on your side" is your own history of mental illness. Pack your lying propaganda firmly up your ass.
@Yabuturtle Regarding spending priorities, I think infrastructure, education, and defense (as long as it mostly goes into R&D--cut down military involvement) are good things to spend on. I see them as investments in our future, that can end up creating more jobs. Surely there is research on spending/ROI per expense, though it is late and I don't feel like looking it up :). We should invest our money where we can get returns, and cut programs where we don't see returns (societal or economic).
The reason to kill the Dept of Education goes far beyond Constitutional issues. It's a matter of SAVING OUR SCHOOLS.
Throwing more money at schools will achieve nothing. It's been tried to the extreme, and proven not to work. The problem with schools is not lack of money but LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY TO THE PARENTS. This is because they're controlled by a massive federal bureaucracy that is DEAF to the parents.
Put schools in LOCAL CONTROL and you will see dramatic improvement!
@Yabuturtle I do think he's a man of integrity and I love seeing him shake things up in the Republican debates--I just don't think he would make a good president. Consider that simply my opinion.
Restore small constitutional government and let people run their lives how they want as long as you do not inflict harm on someone else s life, property or liberty.
Obama LIES and has been an abysmal failure! He sure as heck isn't doing what he promised! More of the SAME, EXPANDS the Obama/Bush wars! He can do more of the same DC insider tactics and system exploiting! We need JOBS not Obama UNEMPLOYMENT! With energy education food transportation prices inflated! Obama is the status Quo! Obama is mediocrity, and a failure!
@moonthecoon2 I'm sorry to be butting into the convo, but what do you have against blacks to call them "niggers"? Furthermore what "real fight" are you "fighting".... other than angrily typing up black-hate comments and political arguments... you're just human trash for denouncing others merely by their skin color.
@moonthecoon2 I never claimed it was from South Africa, did I? Anyhow, black folks are humans, read up on your anatomy. You should know that there is a difference between all stringed instruments. The piano (yeah, I said piano. Look it up.), the banjo, the guitar, the harp- all different. They did not imitate if some guy gets a few pieces of junk laying around, puts em together and makes music. That's called creativeness, my friend. Then they improved, and thus the modern banjo was born.
established the first hospital blood bank in the United States at Chicago's Cook County Hospital in 1937. It was Fantus who coined the term "blood bank." See highlights of transfusion history from the American Association of Blood Banks.
During World War I, Dr. Oswald H. Robertson of the US army preserved blood in a citrate-glucose solution and stored it in cooled containers for later transfusion. This was the first use of "banked" blood. By the mid-1930s the Russians had set up a national network of facilities for the collection, typing, and storage of blood. Bernard Fantus, influenced by the Russian program,
The oil cup, which automatically delivers a steady trickle of lubricant to machine parts while the machine is running, predates McCoy's career; a description of one appears in the May 6, 1848 issue of Scientific American. The automatic "displacement lubricator" for steam engines was developed in 1860 by John Ramsbottom of England, and notably improved in 1862 by James Roscoe of the same country. The "hydrostatic" lubricator originated no later than 1871.
Elijah McCoy revolutionized industry in 1872 by inventing the first device to automatically oil machinery? No! The phrase "Real McCoy" arose to distinguish Elijah's inventions from cheap imitations? No!
When are people going to realize that no matter who the president is, they're not going to keep any of their promises. They're just gunning for #1. The sooner the people realize that politicians don't give a fuck about them, the better off we will be.

Hate to say it boys and girls, but Obama isn't the only individual in Washington making decisions.

(But that's just a fairytale, right?)
Just sayin'.

This is why you people should have voted for Ron Paul. I wouldn't vote for any politician but he seems to be the only one who's not corrupt. Don't believe me? Look him up.
Yabuturtle 7 months ago 39
@Yabuturtle Just because he's not corrupt, doesn't mean he's correct. Look up what he thinks about the Department of Education. I'm already taking it up the ass in student loans. Wouldn't it have been awesome if ALL of my loans were privatized?
screaminpman 7 months ago
@screaminpman What about the Department of Education? That shouldn't have existed in the first place and our standard of education has gone down once they took over. He's often correct on a lot of issues aside from being not corrupt. And the most important thing about him is that he's consistent, while many politicians flip flop around.
Yabuturtle 7 months ago
@Yabuturtle Our standard of education has gone down since Department of Education took over? Can you substantiate that with a source? I did a quick search and couldn't find any statistics validating your statement.
I used to be into Ron Paul for his stance on the drug war and military involvement in foreign countries, but some of his hardline economic policies I flat out disagree with.
screaminpman 7 months ago
@screaminpman You can look at history itself and look at the quality of education. I believe they purposely dumb down America, which is why America, is well dumber then they used to be. Why have one anyway? We did fine without it. When the government tried to regulate something like that, it always ends up bad. Where does it say in the Constitution that they should control education? I don't have a problem with his economic policies. What's wrong with gold, cuts, and balancing the budget?
Yabuturtle 7 months ago
@Yabuturtle I don't think that it's education that is dumbing people down--it's media and television.
"When the government tries to regulate something like that, it always ends up bad." I feel like this is an assumption that is based on rhetoric. Do you think that the private sector could better handle infrastructure, police, defense, etc? Those are massive systems run by the government that add a lot of value to the American way of life.
screaminpman 7 months ago
@Yabuturtle You're right, the Constitution never said anything about funding education. However, the world is a MUCH more complex place now compared to the time in which the Constitution was written. It has very valid points about the structure and function of government, but it is limited in scope.
"What's wrong with gold, cuts, and balancing the budget?" We can't possibly cut our way out of this. If you think unemployment is bad now, see what happens when you cut income from so many ppl.
screaminpman 7 months ago
@screaminpman Yes, but that's not much of an excuse to go against the Constitution, to give yourself that authority when really they don't have any right. We can cut our way, by not spending as much. Bringing the troops alone could save tons of money all together, not funding certain programs like The Department of Education, cutting foreign aid, income tax ect.
Yabuturtle 7 months ago
@Yabuturtle I feel like you're treating the Constitution as holy scripture, whereas I see the Constitution as a guide post. In other words, you interpret the Constitution on a literal level, and I interpret the Constitution on a figurative level. I think we can both agree that the debt needs to come down, we just have different priorities. Our government debt is at 100% of our GDP. It doesn't seem realistic to me that we can trim that down to a reasonable level through cuts alone.
screaminpman 7 months ago
@screaminpman
UncleIrv 6 months ago
@UncleIrv Can you tell me why there are Amendments to the Constitution? The fact of the matter is the Constitution can't possibly tell us how to interpret every situation in today's life. That's why we have judges who have to make a judgement call.
Regarding second point: large businesses are already taking money out of the economy through stock piling their cash and outsourcing jobs. We should end Bush Tax Cuts and invest in infrastructure. That will create jobs we can measure.
screaminpman 6 months ago
@screaminpman
Again, you are misguided.
UncleIrv 6 months ago
@UncleIrv Okay, so can you tell me what the Constitution literally says about Gay Marriage or Abortion?
You're obviously a believer in supply-side economics. I would say that it works sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't. We've tipped too far in favor of it. Yes, infrastructure may be short-term, but we're having a problem with unemployment and businesses holding on to their cash and not hiring. So, get people working, they can spend on goods, and businesses start hiring again.
screaminpman 6 months ago
@screaminpman
UncleIrv 6 months ago
@UncleIrv So how do you propose we create a sable business environment?
screaminpman 6 months ago
@screaminpman
UncleIrv 6 months ago
@UncleIrv Honestly, I do not know everything that Obamacare and Cap and Trade propose, so I will not speak of those policies specifically, but I feel that we fundamentally disagree about policy. Poor oversight and regulation is what tanked the economy in the first place, so it would be hard for me to justify giving business even more space. Intelligent and efficient regulation (although I don't hold out much hope for such policy) and a short-term boost from gov't should be the way forward.
screaminpman 6 months ago
@screaminpman
That's what you get from government "oversight."
UncleIrv 6 months ago
@UncleIrv "infrastructure" spending, that sort of spending DOES NOT GROW THE ECONOMY." Not sure what planet your on,but i would like you to prove to me that infrastructure spending doesn't help grow and economy!
Athruebelief 6 months ago
@Athruebelief
UncleIrv 6 months ago
@UncleIrv You should really research how bad our infrustructure is. Infrustructure would make more money for workers, and businesses if it was improved. Time is money, and no one can deny that statement! If infrustructure is poor then business, and workers spend more time doing what could have been done more effeciently. I really don't understand why right wingers can fight that. Oh,because big bad government. Then talk about private industry getting involved, but don't say we don't need it.
Athruebelief 6 months ago
@Athruebelief I take it the 800 billion dollar stimulis package got used up.Before it made it to shovel ready infrastructure improvements
Pomiferous 6 months ago
@Pomiferous Rick Perry is in fact responsible for Texas being the second biggest state recipient of stimulus dollars -- ostensibly "redistributed" from tax payers in other states.
Athruebelief 6 months ago
@Athruebelief How come Obama allowed that ??
Pomiferous 6 months ago
@Athruebelief
UncleIrv 6 months ago
@UncleIrv Listen, this has nothing to do with economic theories. Let's please put them aside. This is about america being able to compete in the business world. Ronald reagan was right about one thing when he said it would cost more to let our infrustructure to fall in disrepair. All the money lost in america, because america likes to sit in traffic, waste time on dropped phone calls, poor internet service or lack of,an education system falling (both private and public),and health of our citizens.
Athruebelief 6 months ago
@UncleIrv You have it wrong. We have tried your side for the longest time, putting infrustructure aside decade after decade, and now we are paying for it. It is exactly what you do in the time of a debt, and unemployment crisis. Infrustructure in itself is not the solution to unemployment, but the benefits are,and it is undeniable! It has been done before. History is on my side, and against your arguement.
Athruebelief 6 months ago
@Athruebelief
It's hard to blame any one person or political party for decades of infrustructure neglect I would think. It sounds like a talking point for increased taxation for the most part.
Pomiferous 6 months ago
@Pomiferous I said the same thing when reagan, and bush senior raised taxes too!
Athruebelief 6 months ago
@Athruebelief I have no doubt that raised taxes put money in some peoples pockets and help stimulate thier income.Though, I still hold to the theory the US Government needs to go on a fast.Let's trim some expenditures. Due to the massive deficits that have been racked up recently.Who could argue that more spending is in the best interest of economic recovery.
Pomiferous 6 months ago
@Pomiferous I finally agree with you to a point, but not the things that can bring back our competitive advantage.
Athruebelief 6 months ago
@Athruebelief Why is taking advantage seen as a virtue ? Getting the feds out of the education process seems like a good first step.Universal education tactics seem to be a tactic only control freaks could cozy up to.

Pomiferous 6 months ago
@Yabuturtle Regarding spending priorities, I think infrastructure, education, and defense (as long as it mostly goes into R&D--cut down military involvement) are good things to spend on. I see them as investments in our future, that can end up creating more jobs. Surely there is research on spending/ROI per expense, though it is late and I don't feel like looking it up :). We should invest our money where we can get returns, and cut programs where we don't see returns (societal or economic).
screaminpman 7 months ago
@screaminpman

They did not imitate if some guy gets a few pieces of junk laying around, puts em together and makes music. That's called creativeness, my friend.
