If there is no griefing case, then it may be different. They may either keep watch on you or they may simply ban you to prevent griefing.

What i can't stand are the people that rage about trolls/griefers. Really people?!?! use some common sense; it takes two parties to have such actions to work. if trolling party tries to troll another yet that part doesn't react that makes it fail troll, this is the same by grieffing. BUT if non-trolling party provokes the trolls then troll party has the right to react in what ever matter sees fit, this is the same by grieffing. Also Trolling/grieffing is not illegal, just what actions are taken.
