when you have your cross face and you sprawled what about his free arm, can he block you with it or grab your leg to stop you or get a single.

my friend always throws that on me and squeezes my nose to my face...i wnna do tht to him

when you do the cross face technique, you have to rub your arm across his face/nose and make sure he cannot turn his head.
