the water can vary in height. we play in 7 ft to 14 ft water. players can not stand, but the goaly can. it just depends on where u play:)

Swimming, water polo, and synchronized swimming are tough to master because of difficulty and pool availability. It is so much cheaper to set up a hoop or a goal than rent a pool.

I think America would be better at Water polo if there were more 50m public, year round pools. I live in Houston and there are plenty of 25yd pools but nothing big/deep enough for water polo

They are not the greatest spectator sports but they all make for tough, non-weight bearing exercise.
