Did you do half without cheese because you are going back into shape? I like cheese but i am always in denial of if its fat or not
I am kinda in the same boat as you, its just it happened without me actually attending on doing it xD was 200 LBS, Decent shape, But 3 days ago i weighted in at 231, But hard workout / Decent diet i am at 228 now, i hope to get back to where i was, JUST ZE FOOD! IT IS TO TEMPTING!
once again, that looks great.. and I really feel for ya not being able to enjoy cheese, milk, or any other dairy product.. but I guess that is a good thing for you since all that isn't all that great for you anyways in the long run... but I LOVE my cheese.. lol
I don't know how he can do this to himself. I have been through every stage of the body. I started out my life as a fat baby, then eventually to a kid who was extremely fit and active, like one of those kids you see with 6 pacs. then around 4th grade i was 120 pounds and extremely overweight and then i started to thin out near the end of 7th grade. It feels impossible to get a 6 pac or lose my body fat and if i had a body like that guys before he sabotaged it I would never purposely do that.
@DunbRawr I kind of think you hit on something here though. You'd never know how hard it was or how miserable it was if you didn't go through it. That's basically what he's doing here. Not only that but also for folk that are overweight, he's providing an amazing example and hope.
@Sammicsno I think drew's on a high protien diet. Most veg diet plans are a little harder to accomplish the same results as animal protien. You can't beat it.
@Sammicsno he probably does but who wants to see a vegetarian recipe? Doesn't look as good. And why make big dishes that are just vegetarian when you can simply make steamed vegetables as a side dish?
Lol @1:25 it sounds like someone is gagging at the fact that he is adding olives and ruining the recipe. I thought it was really funny.
