  • anything for dark circles?

  • Please Answer this question! Why do you recommend boby brown's intensive skin supplement if its in a bottle with a dropper? Wont air get in to it and all the good antioxidants would be ineffective? This is a paulas pick but she always says never to buy products that are not in a dark container or dont have a pump Im confused! why rate it high? Thanks :)

  • Thanks for this! my mother has been very sick for all of my teen years. Now that I am getting older I need to start taking care of my skin. Because of a lack of female influence due to my moms illness I had no clue what to do! I was so confused! I felt at a loss. Your videos changed that! Thank you so much! You have changed a lot of things for me!

  • thank u you help me so much im 20 do you think i should start using anti aging products?? whats the name of the of at the 0::20

  • I used it to get rid of the acne scars on the side of my face as a spot treatment and even when doing that if you look really closely on my skin you can see 3 tiny lighter spots because it is that powerful.

  • This is a good video but I think when you mentioned hydroquinone I stopped watching because that stuff is BAD. I think you maybe should have went more into detail about that...some young girl might buy a product containing that and think she can put it all over her face you know? It's one of the main ingredients in bleaching creams and should only be used as a spot treatment for scars, acne marks and small imperfections with a spf of 70 or more over it.

  • wow.Alot of info-no wonder we get so confused.

What do you think of the MURAD Sun Undone/and other products of this skincare line? @SEPHORA

Also what about clinique Even better clinical dark spot corrector(I cant find the active ingredients on this)

I am an Olay user, but need something to even out skin tone and rid of hyperpigmentation spots on my cheeks. (drats! I just saw this vid AFTER I restocked my olay daily regenerating serum and day cream)

  • Again, from someone who is from the generation who used babyoil to tan (!!) and has horrible sundamage as a result.... THANK YOU for your knowledge and wisdom. You are saving my skin. Lots of love xoxox

  • What are your opinions on the complete Rare Minerals line from Bare Escentuals? I've been using it ALL along with Alpha Hydrox Retinol Night Res Q a couple times per week + the Alpha Hydrox Souffle every night that I don't use the Res Q (which comes in a jar & now each time I use it I think to myself that it's ineffective). My issues are dry skin, acne & fine lines/wrinkle defense. Thanks so much & I hope that you make more videos soon as they are very informative & great! Thanks!

  • you're lovely ^^ thanks for the video

  • My sincere thanks to you for your good work please keep producing great videos! . My Sibu free trial kit came in a week, I've been continuing to use this anti-wrinkle beauty regime for the last two months now and it gives my warm almond complexion a natural glow, almost as if I was blushing naturally. This is a product that I would definitely continue to buy. I heard that you could sign up for free trial here ==> antiwrinklecreamratings

  • i love this video! i love u! thanks! lol :D

  • your not a powerhouse speaker. I am sorry but i got nothing EXTRA out of this video. I got really bored watching this. I am sure you KNOW your stuff. vitamin a is not an exfoliant. it does speed up the renewal process but its not an exfoliant. retinol pylmitate is not known for its anti aging properties. seriously anyone can look this info up.Tretinoin is pure it does not convert into anything else. Our skin has an abundance of v-a thats y it works.skin cells relate to it and accept it

  • Great information, love your video. I am glad I have found the best anti aging products on the market!

  • Thanks that was very very helpful

  • OMG, I've been wondering where your videos have been!!!, I must have accidentally unsubscribed while watching videos on my iphone. I re-subscribed-sorry.

  • LOL!! It's all good!!

  • Great video, but the music in th backround is VERY distracting~

  • Sorry! No more music! I promise! It was Super Bowl Sunday and I was trying to block out the noise!!

  • Thank you so so so so so much for this video... I've been trying to do some research myself but you just summarized so much! THANKS again!

  • You're are VERY welcome! I'm happy to have helped!!

    ;)

  • Hi darling, I have been checking the products you recomend but find dificult to get most of them in the UK. Also the way you wrote the names is confusing me, not sure where the name of one product finished and the next starts, as I'm not familliar with many brands. Sorry to be a pein but could you add dots at the end of each name. Thanks so much

  • Hey 33! I will get that done for you tonight! I'm sorry! This vid din't come out as well as I had wanted it to. I hadn't slept and couldn't get my words out! I will retype the products so you will be able to understand! Again, I'm SO SORRY!

  • Thanks so much, I watched the video like 10 times, and I really looking for the products, but not many in the Uk, got the Clinic one, but that's about it for now.

    Thank you!

  • I changed it for ya! Also, check your messages!!!

    xo

    Rave!

    ;)

  • are you drunk?

  • Exhausted? Yes! Drunk? NO way!

  • thanks for this vid....reallly informative=)

  • You are SO VERY welcome!

  • I know this isn't in the right place, but I was watching anyway so I thought I'd ask! :D is there any way of reducing redness on my cheeks? I have had dry cheeks with red patches on all my life - one side is darker than the other, and makes me feel uneasy. I was just wondering if there was anything that could reduce it? I'm not a fan of shovelling the foundation on - obviously :D xx roo

  • Hi TheQueenRoo!! Have u always had the redness or is this something new? It's hard for me to recomend products w/out seeing your skin, but I'll help u the best I can! Do you have Rosacea or is the redness a reaction to something you're using on your skin?

  • I've always had it - since I was a young child. I don't think it is Rosacea, however any tips for that I could try? :) they may work just as well :D thank you so much for your help!

  • The best advice I can give you w/out analyzing your skin would be to avoid irritating ingredients in your skincare such as Alcohol, Witch Hazel, Menthol, essintial oil's and fruit extracts, etc.. What are you using on your skin now?

  • I do know that 100% Aloe Vera is woderful at soothing sensitive skin. Not the green gel you see in the store because more than likely it contain's Alcohol. There is also a Perscription I KNOW works wonders on red skin and/or rosacea w/out causing irritation and it's called Finacea. The main ingredient in Finacia is Azelaic Acid. I'm going to pm u!

  • great vid cutieeee! :)

  • Thank U sweetie! ;)

  • I was looking at Enkore new video talking about Jeune D'age Organics' Anti Aging Serum. What do u know about this product? love to hear what are your views on that, thank you very much darling

  • All of the products I listed in the sidebar of this video contain the BEST antioxidants, vitamins, and anti-aging properties your skin needs to help it look/ function its best without having unnecessary, IRRITATING ingredients in them that can cause damage and sensitivity. Are you looking for a particular antioxidant that they use in THEIR line? If so, I guarantee that youll find the same ingredients in the products In the sidebar/Serum vid.

  • Hi 33candy! I actually know this brand! I must say that although they have some wonderful ingredients in their products, they pack too many oil extracts and irritating unnecessary ingredients in their products for them NOT to be problematic for all skin types!

  • Raven.....talk about worth the wait! Wow, girl.....you are so smart....and so generous with your time to do this for all of us.......I've favorited this one, so I can really get every work! ... lol ...we love you! xox

  • @honeypennyful. You are SO welcome and THANK YOU for watching! My work will be a little less hectic, so I plan on getting out MORE vid's w/ more info! Also, TONS of MU related vid's! Stay tuned!

Thanks for the videos they're so cool I love them your so knowledgable.

    thanks

  • I am SO sorry about the music! I am sort of displaced at the moment. I'm living out of a hotel during the week and stay w/ family on the weekends untill I go back home to Vegas. I was trying to block out the sound of them laughing and talking! I will not do that anymore! You wern't being mean! Making vid's is all new to me and kinda awkward! Your constructive critisism is helpful! Thanks for watching and check back this weekend!

  • Something else..what are your thoughts on P. Wexler's Intensive Deep Wrinkle Treatment?? they call this product a "responsible retinol"? I have yet to use any of their products, but see alot of ads on it.

I can never say enough of your style...too gorgeous..your eyes peer into people's souls.!

  • THANK you for all your vids, best skin care Guru on YT,such a great help,& by the way you look fab in this vid, love & hugs ;-))

  • @MsRazamataz. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! There is so much I wanna share w/ all of you like makeup Tut's, product reviews, etc., but right now my job has me living out of a hotel during the week untill Spring! I just can't find the time! I DO hope you check back often so when I get back home to Vegas, (I will be back on SOMEWHAT of a normal schedual ) I will be able to post BETTER vid's w/ more consistancy!

    xo

    Rave!

  • Thank you SO much, Raven for doing this! I can see how much time and effort you put into it and thank you also for specific recs. I am definitely going to check into PCA. I think I already know the answer to this but.,,,, are there ANY products that will help get rid of vertical lines around the mouth? I have them and don't think anything short of a laser will do it. Looking forward to your video on serums too.I use the Paula Begoun antioxidant serum and love it! Thanks again sweetie!

  • @luvmymac1. All the products that contain Retinol I mentioned in the sidebar can help to FADE those lines (Along w/ chemical peels), but there is nothing besides fillers, fat transfers or a face lift that will REALLY take them away! Are you talking about Marienette lines or the little fine lines above the lip?

  • @BeautyFindstheSoul , I am talking about those little vertical lines above the lip...it looks like I have smoked forever when, in fact, I haven't smoked more than 3 cigarettes in my life!

  • A thank you doesn't even come close to let you know how much I appreciate you sharing all this information with us. I've been waiting for it since I watched your skin care videos. Knowledge is power and for you to take the time to help us navigate thru this maze of products out there is amazing. Thank you again and looking forward to the next one.

  • @2516zina. Thank you sweetie! I will get vid's out to all of you as fast as I can!

    hugs;)

    Rave!

  • Thanks for putting this vid up, so important! So I can't reverse sun damage, and I know the majority of products out there are so full of shit! I think I told you I don't even wash my face with regular soap! I hate the way my skin feels. So..I know there are so many questions. Gonna read the side bar and then ask. One question: what would be the best thing for the fine lines from sun & aging on our foreheads other than getting Botox?? Don't kill me for asking.

  • @MoiraS63. YES. It is possible to reverse sun damage if you catch it before it's too late. My mom sat in the sun for YEARS and YEARS! When my mother was in her 30's she started using retin A, taking care of her skin, STAYING OUT OF THE SUN etc. and now her skin is FLAWLESS! YES! It is possible! YES. Botox or Disport for the forehead!

  • Raven...I am seriously going to start the Retin A treatment for sure. Wearing SPF when in the sun. Then I have always been interested in Botox..will research Disport. but maybe tim will spring for some injections on my b-day! I have to stay pretty!!!! Love ya and thanks again for always being there to guide and answer our questions. You are too AWESOME!!!!

  • LOL...yes go to bed..so sorry....I just wanted to get this all done while I had time to type it down..LOL..

I'll probably give you Skin Care Nightmares...LOL

    Good Night : )

  • LOL! sxyblndeflirt! Tooo... funny!

  • Btw...I am getting close to fifty. Another reason I would like to find a facial cleanser etc... Don't want to look like a Road map anytime soon.

What I would like in a facial wash is a cleanser that rinses CLEAN and doesn't leave my face feeling greasy. Which is why I have picked Normal/dry -VS-Dry previously. Yet sometimes depending on the product this can be drying. (SkinCeuticals)

    I hope this makes sense...LOL!

    I'm trying : )

  • What I am using now...I know what your gonna say but....the only facial cleanser I found that I can use is Ivory soap. Yes it is drying But it doesn't irritate my skin. For moisturizing I am using Paula's Choice Normal/dry moisturizer..Check her products out..they are Loaded with Anti-oxidents etc...I believe I need a heavier product for night time use. But I can not use her products for Dry skin..Something in the dry skin product doesn't work with my skin.

    Have I answered your ??correctly?

  • I actually have a few of Paula's Serums and toners listed in my next vid! She is one of the 3 bloggers I KNOW KNOW their SHIT!! Let's chat tomorrow I just CAN't keep my head up! I will never yell at you! I like Dove products and don't even know if it is even a harsh, detergent like soap! Although, I WILL check on the soap just to make sure!

    xoxo

    Rave!

  • sorry about not being so clear...LOL!!

At the minimum I am looking for a facial wash, night & day moisturizer and eye cream. Right now I use my regular moisturizer for eye cream. It just doesn;t seem to be working like it use to. I believe skin gets use to products..LOL

    Thx : )

  • YES. The skin does need to change products/ strengths for MANY dif. reasons. Our skin goes through many changes ALL the time for MANY dif. reasons! Please forgive me for heading off to bed, but PLEASE know I will be here to figure something out for you tomorrow!

  • Oh and I think Eye Creams are mostly BS. There are a few well formulated one's, but they contain little to NO product. A good moisturizer is all you need for around your eyes unless you have more sensitive skin there and the moisturizer you are using is too harsh for the delicate eye area!

    ok! To bed I go!

  • Thank you so much for all the work you put into this video, it was so helpful and I will look into some of the products you suggested.! I just started using Dr. deneses firming facial pads ( glycolic) and I think they are helping with exfoliation. Is it safe to use glycolic products?

  • YES! Actually, Glycolic is the ONLY chemical that can be used on a pregnant woman! Just make sure that The pads aren't TOO strong or ineffective w/ a ph that isn't LOW enough! Im not familiar w/ these pads. I'll look them up and get back to you tomorrow. Please don't buy high strengths of chemicals thinking you'll get better results! Doses of Glycolic above 15% should really be applied by a professional(I know how easy it is to get online, but STAY AWAY)!

    xo hun!

    I'll message u 2-morrow!

    ;)

  • I looked into the Pads and as I thought, they will not stay stable in their jar packaging. The Pads have GREAT ingredients, including Arbutin and Hydroquinone, but won't stay stable due to the way they are packaged!

  • So which products would I pick?

    thx

    Kim

  • Well..., what are you trying to achieve? ALL of these products are wonderful for each of their catagories!

  • Hi

Thanks for the video. I have a question about the PCA products. Not sure what Your skin type is, but my skin is somewhere between normal (summer tume) to drier in the winter. The problem is ..if I use the following products in the winter (for example: Estee Lauder) face wash Normal/Dry my face feels DRY and irritated (most likely from the product's scent). If I use (for sensitive/dry skin) Aquaphor, my skin feels a bit on the oily side. Skinceuticals (all skin types) Imy skin feels dry.

  • Just because I mentioned ONE product from let's say Estee' Lauder, doesn't mean that ALL of their products are good products! STAY AWAY FROM ANY FRAGRANCE! This can be because of MANY reasons. What else are you using on your face? Are you using other products that can cause these reactions? Are you putting on a moisturizer after you wash! What do you wanna know about PCA? See how complicated this can get? lol!PM me so we can work this out tomorrow! I'm SO exhausted!I must get some sleep!

  • This was extremely informative. Thank you so much.

  • You are VERY welcome! Thank you for watching!

  • Great recommendations, but please don't record with background music again. It makes it really hard to focus on what you're actually saying.

  • Sorry bb. I was trying to block out my family and their company laughing and talking downstairs!

  • Thank you so much for making these videos! I'm hanging on your every word :)

  • Thank you sweetie! I'm STILL editing this and adding annotations so look again! This is a REALLY COMPLEX topic and just compiling the info I put in the sidebar took a WHILE! I wanna do SO much, but w/ such little time! I figure MU tut's can wait and so can telling people what the best foundations are when the BEST FOUNDATION is your skin! Thank you for watching and waiting! It will get done! You have my word! I just need a breather before I upload part 2 and 3. 2 & 3 will be posted 2 morrow!

  • I can only imagine all of the work you're putting into these vids! Yep, have a breather and a glass (or 2 or 3...) of wine :)

  • lol! Sounds good!
