probaly not, this model works well already so they might not replace it but if they do they may keep it secret for years because of certain technology
Well, the military probaly opens to the public about 10% of the technology and things they have. And, most missions are secret because of security reasons.
@Captus15- Royal Air Force always refers to the British air force. Britain, the US, Canada, France, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Portugal, Italy and several other countries are part of the NATO alliance. It was originally formed to counter the Russian threat during the Cold War years.
The USSR (Russia until 1991) had a counter alliance- the Warsaw Pact, which included most of Eastern Europe, like Poland, East Germany, Ukraine, Hungary, the Baltic States of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.
Wow very intresting, Then i hear it that the Red Flag ejercises its a training wich include NATO Countries to be ready against a posible war...thats true? if is so, What this Green Flag stand for?
I can only guess Captus. I have heard of the Red Flag exercises before, but don't know any details of the difference between the Green and Red. I do know that Australia has participated in every Red Flag exercise for the last 15 years or more, often sending over several of RAAF (Australian) F-111 tactical bombers and perhaps some F-18s of the tactical fighter group, RAAF. So they aren't exclusively NATO exercises, but they are open to several other countries by invitation only.
I got you men. Helpfull information for me by the way. Thanks.....So just wondering do you think that the corrent E-3 AWACS model (US Version) will stay active many years more to come? Im wondering when they will put a brand new E-3 Plain into the game this one are getting really old just like the B-52
Really don't know mate. That E-3 looked like it was based on the old Boeing 707 airframe, which is really ancient. Whether the USAF is or isn't looking for a replacement I don't know, but my opinion on the other hand is that they should be. The RAAF has actually just begun taking delivery of it's own AWACs (AEW) aircraft called the Wedgetail, using the smaller Boeing 737 airframe but in the latest 737-800 model which is also the basis for the new USN P-3C replacement aircraft, the P-8A.
you have amazing footage but maybe you can add some effects to make it look artsy or something. If you want to stick whith what your doing now thats also fine :)
