That's very incorrect. Science has proven that the more muscle you have, the more calories your body burns, which is why Bodybuilders eat in a day what a normal person would eat in 2-3 days.
Resistance training is excellent for the body, and there is no such thing as "Tone Set's" ... Just like there is no such thing as Spot Fat Reduction.
It's cold in here and I dont want to workout but I have to! I have ben eating too much and I have to move! I know I will feel better once I start. SO I need ideas and musical motivation for geting off my butt and dancing. Shakira is a very good start. I want to shape it NOW !!!!
@amanda23saunders You can try limewire (either the legal way buy paying for a membership or not signing up)... limewire always has remixes that have never been released. good luck.
