i run the 400 and pr is around 56 but my first 200 is around 24 is that bad?

My fastest open 400 is like a 51.4 but I ran a 50.4 in the 4x4 and that was like 30 min after the open 400 :) hopefully I will be this fast this spring :)

in the 4x4 texas 3a state meet they ran a 3:15.39 was only like a second from beating the state record fro 3a. Celina Hs

My highschool track team went to state this year in the 4x4 relay and got first place and are fastest leg usually gets around a 46.32

i use blocks for the 400, as it basically is a full out sprint,my best is around a 51.45
