we got amazing purikura machines in san francisco! sent directly from japan. we just got a new one called "CUBE". only on in america right now. :) and the machine she's in right now, we have in SF! i have puri from this machine! but it wasn't 4$ it was like 8$

I love Puri! We have one machine here in London, and it's really old! We used to have 2, but one of them broke (also very old). It's so expensive to use here though, £12, which is about Y1500 or $19!! I miss being able to take lots of Purikura in Japan :(

Random side note: I love the song you chose! It's called "Yeah" and is a Eurobeat (music for Para Para) song by the artist Christine. But i'm sure you all wanted to know that...haha

we have something like that in holland, but usually only in amusement parks like Walibi World(formerly known as Sixflags) and others. Outside of amusement parks we only have boring ones, not even purikura but plain passport photos. ToT

We used to have those in shopping malls here in Canada (they probably still have them). But basically it would take 4 pictures and then print them out on a little sheet. Not as fun :P

If I had a nickel for every time my wife pulled me into one of those thing when we were in college together, I'd be a rich man! Those things are super popular in China (around every corner, it's crazy; though the booths in Japan are much nicer/user friendly).
