  • Demons1965 is right. Boehm's interpretation of 88, 89, 90, 91, 92 and concertante is a supreme result in history of interpretation. His interpretations are among the very few I cannot imagine anything better.

  • Just compare Sir Simon's treatement of the Oxford's slow intro with the Bohm / VPO performance. It is not to the former's advantage . . . . .
