just a few days ago i climbed a 2.5km face and lost my sled down an avalanche at the top, i had to watch my sled rip down into the trees without me on it..... SICK DAY!!
Avalanches are nothing to take lightly and after I watched there movie I saw the point they were making on proper safety equipment and practice . Also in the full movie it looked like only 1 person gets caught in an avy the rest looked like they were 6" wind blown sluff slides. It's true you can drowned in 6" of water but usually that only happens to ignorant people like fox star that judge books by there cover and seem to think they know it all. Practice avi safety and ride with competent awa
I ride in BC all the time, I don't get caught in avalanches. It boggles my mind how you guys managed to get caught so many times. You guys probably know all the risks and still say fuck it and ride on stupid slopes when conditions are high. I think you should stick to the trail yourself, you can't manage to ride without causing slides. you're dumb.
Sounds like the foxstar shouldn't ride in the backcountry if they aren't aware of there surroundings and what happens there on a daily basses. Stick to trails and leave the BC to aware & skilled individuals bub!
Avalanches are a real threat when riding backcountry. We are spreading awareness and showing that if you are prepaired with proper avy gear and training, then you can know what to do. Everyone that rides backcountry should be always thinking about avalanche's and own avy gear, because they do happen. So please spread the knowladge

This video makes snowmobilers look dumb. How many avy's did you show? For What? This makes me question why I sled in the mountains.
