There are some parts that are very nice about this video, but to me, the blond is trying too hard to be sexy -- I think it would be better if she just let loose. Also, it's pretty clear that they are holding back; when they should be putting all of their strength in it.

Overall, very nice. It's great to see some strong and determined women. The world needs more of them! :D

A weapon that weighs you down can't really be considered a weapon. Personally, I'd use my own two fists. Though against slashing and piercing weapons you wouldn't fair very well unless were quick to close in. Thus building up ones leg strength is crucial, but against a staff would pose a bit more of a problem since it is a single weapon, yet two. There isn't really a way to stop it unless you take a hit from it. I very much enjoy combat though; you should do a segment on Brazilian Jujitsu.

Man! not bad for a martial arts stage troop!! Much better than Uma Thurman in Kill Bill! She was painful to watch, the main cast in that were so unatheletic and has no atheletic experiences forget MA. I'd rather watch this anyday!

At least they know fair bit of staff technique, uma thurman knew fuc all about the katanna and after the training she knew even less!
