  • Looks like it pushed the heads off.

  • I own a 2002 Z06, and i love it, i also love porsches especially 911T, also ferrari modena 360, they are like sportscar cousins.

Performance wise, the same years of: porsche 911T the same year Corvette, and the same year Ferrari Modena 360. Will have very similiar performance specs, theyre all awesome cars, though european ones are seriously over priced

You know id like to see what "Robert111" drives, probably some piece of crap front wheel drive civic, or jetta. And he talks about 911's lol

  • That Z06 Had a orgasm with the Nos lls Silly ppl and there Corvettes Psshh I think this is a perfect time ''Remember Kids Dont Trust a Domestic Trust a Import. and oh yea JDM ALL THE WAY :)

  • nos is for pussy's that cant handle power

  • @haydensupra and ur turbo is not for pussys u fucken idiot nitrous turbo sc or even methanol or alchohol injection its all power adders and there are many people who use nitrous aho are very succesful in dragracing and another thing mr i suck vin diesels dick cause i like fast and furiuos nitrous is there on demand unlike forced induction where its always there

  • @haydensupra lol what are you talking about? nitrous is just one way of getting more oxygen into a cylinder to make more power, just as forced induction would, only without the excess non combustible gasses added

  • did you trade it in for cash for clunkers? or did you rebuild it.

  • how can he say crazy kids when i see a bunch of pot belly folks watching the dyno run?aint no kid can afford that car.

  • and us kids own the cars that run circles around them.

  • You crazy kids with your nitrous...

    When will you ever learn...

No replacement for displacement...and mass amounts of forced induction.

  • It's dead Jim.

  • Actually we found a bent stock LS6 rod. So did the rod break the ring land... It was no doubt the 685rwtq on a tired motor and just the end of it's usfull life prior to a rebuild. I still have the motor and it will be fine with a few parts and cleaning up the cylinder wall. Not sur eif I stated it in this video but the motor had over 250 passes and shy of 300 area, all stock longblock.

  • lol

  • These ls6's are strong for sure. You just have to nail down the tune. How much rwhp was this car making? I know you said 685rwtq.

  • Robert is a N20 guru, ive used some of his diagrams to help with my installs

  • Did i see fire on the front right ???

  • The poor guy has a bad case of weiner envy, lol. That is all right though, some guys were just born with baginas, lol. wait till you see my pulls with the triple stage dry on my 408ci monster, you will instantly grow man ta-tas, lol.

    Robert56

  • Ok? What ever makes you feel better, I'll keep driving my z06 and not feel embarrassed.

  • As long as you're maybe 25-26 years old or younger, it looks OK. Anyhow, this might be the last year of production for these wannabe cars anyway. Obama said GM (Chevy) just ain't cutting it, fired the CEO, and the company may go bankrupt within 60-days. You'll have to buy Japanese it you can't afford the good German stuff in the future.

  • Thanks for your input.

  • @Robert111 wow ur an idiot the new corvettes are amazing, what would u consider a "real sports car" anyways?

  • @Sk8FalIen New Corvettes are amazing is absolutely RIGHT! In every sense of the word! Latest comparison in Road & Track is an example. How Chevy can make a P.O.S. Corvette engine with 6.0 liters that hogs gasoline and claim wads of HP and Torque, and get its ASS KICKED by a Porsche with a 3.5 liter engine is freaking AMAZING. The P.O.S. Corvette with its plastic interior and exterior is even LIGHTER than the Porsche and claims to have over 100 more HP AND torque -still gets ass kicked. How?

  • @Robert111 first of all you dont buy a sports car for its gas mileage so if ur really concerned about that buy a prius, second i bet the porsche costs more than the vette and you've obviously never been in the vette bcuz the interior isnt all that bad. So bang for ur buck goes to the vette and I would rather push a vette than drive a porsche

  • @Sk8FalIen All you could comment is that the P.O.S. Corvette's gas miliage sucks???? That's all you could say about that? Actually I think the Chevy engine is 6.2 liter and the Porche's is 3.5 liter - almost double displacement and claims FAR more power... and still gets is ass royally kicked. A-fucking-mazing, my friend. As shown in this video, you'll be pushing that Chevy alright. They need to be discontinued as they make a joke of our country. You want a sports car, get 2nd hand Porsche.

  • @Robert111 Porsche= a over priced turd trying to play with the big boys. And it sounds like you should go and find the nearest Porsche owner and suck his dick for driving such a over priced turd you gay cock sucker!!!!!!!=D

  • i agree with you 100 percent. timing plugs and a/f ratio is important on any motor with a power adder to reduce detonation and what have you. i just think that an 8psi blower is a little safer thank a 125 shot. yes 16lbs of boost would mangle just about any stock bottom end for sure. i just think that if you have one stage nitrous, the blower would be better because the boost works in conjunction with engine speed. nitrous is instant total power at any rpm. idk maybe im looking at it wrong.

  • i admire the guy for having the balls to run spray on an expensive ass car like that. but if youre gonna buy a high dollar car, buy a safe and sure power adder like a supercharger. theyre a hell of a lot easier on the engine than nitrous. and im not a hypocrite. ive used the spray on everything ive owned just about. including dodge dakotas, mustang cobra, and a ricey ass civic. blew up everything but the cobra. wish id have used a blower though.

  • Real racers dont use nitrous?? Does that help you sleep at night after you get your ass handed to you?

  • i'm suprised you threw that big of a shot on a near stock motor...either way, holding at 685rwhp is pretty impressive.

  • Real racers don't use Nitrous.

  • Upon looking at the piston that had the ring land break, it also has a bent rod. Well I guess I found the limits of the stock titanium rods at 685rwtq, yes it was 685 on the dyno sheet, not 665 like reported earlier. With a good spot on tune, I believe the LS6 could take an occasional 300rwhp shot in stock form, dry multi staged of course, lol.

  • Why would anyone want to do this to a Vette, or any car for that matter?

  • That'll teach you to use the 'cheat juice'.

  • The same guy sprays quite a bit more with his new setup. It's nasty.

He's not cheating anything. That was on a stock motor. He knew it would happen eventually.

  • Did you even read the stuff at the beginning or any of Robert's comments? The motor had over 200 track passes on nitrous and then a tuning error was made.

  • fuck u and ur imports there like tampons every little pussy needs 1

  • to true

  • that chevy like that will still eat imports up. junk rice buners

  • My new 408 has been to 644-RWHP and 718-RWTQ. Looking for 800rwhp with my new Dry Direct Port and Vic Jr single plane intake. 9.xx here I come.

    Robert

  • @Robert1956chev NEWSFLASH: HP and torque numbers from Chevy mean nothing in the real world. As example is how the 6.0 liter shitty Corvette engines gets its ass kicked by a 3.5 liter Porsche engine where the Porsche is a freaking heavier car!!!! Losers at Chevy claim over 100 more HP and torque than the Porsche puts out and yet Porsche kicks its ass 0-60, 0-100 and everywhere in between! LOL! Obama needs to pull the plug and this piece of shit cars like they did Hummer.

  • @Robert111 Last time i checked My friends shit box 911 tubo got its ass handed by my buddys stock ZO6. And gas milage on a vette on the highway is 28 to 30 . So pull your head out of your ass you dumb shit and get a life!!!!!!!!!!!! and the ZO6 in this vid is a ls6 5.7 not 6.0 dumb shit. U can keep your imported shit box that cost a arm and a leg to maintain

  • @srt4luver Did I say anything about the size of the engine of the Chevy in this video? Stupid fucking cunt, you have dyslexia or something?

Why do fucktards always give a fake solo personal experience to try and counter published data or facts? That is so fucking stupid beyond comprehension. PIece of shit 6.2 liter Corvette engine gets its ass kicked by 3.5 liter Porsche engine IN A HEAVIER CAR!!!

  • @Robert111 To what i said is all truth and it all happened!!! You have never driven a vette nor rode in one. And what year was that 3.5 made??? cause the 2010 911 with the 3.6 is 3,000lbs and a 2010 vette with a 6.2 ls3 is 3,200 lbs. Or are u trying to compare the ls9 6.2 that blows the Porsche out of the water

  • @srt4luver Damned you're stupid. It doesn't matter if it "all happened", you stupid fuck. The point is your personal fucking "experience" doesn't outweight tests done by professionals in a controlled track setting where variables like driver error are accounted for. You must be one of those stupid fuck "conservatives" that are against anything academic or scientific. Face if fucktard, the Porsche as well as any real sportscar blows that plastic Chevy shit away.

  • Looks like bad tuning to me.............

  • Yea, in my tune I added about 6° of timing instead of pulling it, shit, lol. Still, hit with 285rwhp hit and 665rwtq killed it ans it was bonestock no headers even.

    robert

  • Maybe so. Ah well, at least they rape EVOs.

  • How much horsepower can the LS6 take? Isn't this engine a stroked engine based off the LS1? Or is it just intake, cam etc?

  • It was a bone stock LS6 and not even headers. My buddy with his stock ls6 is putting down 665rwhp with TTiX. The ls6 is a brute from the get go.

  • This block is more re-enforced than the regular LS1 right? I remember reading on those blocks. Thanks for the info though. Too bad it blew.

  • No, the block has no extra strength over the LS1. It just allows gas to escape better from under the pistons to help make more power. And it is not stroked. Besides the slightly different block, heads, cam, intake, exhaust manifolds, compression ratio, and higher redline are what set it apart from the LS1.

  • Oh, I thought I had read it was re-enforced. Cool. I don't know much about "Chevy" having a Ford, but its cool to know other vehicles specs. Thanks for the info. Keep the Muscle car wars going! hahaha.

  • That's excellent durability, for a factory reciprocating assembly. Especially with 200 runs of 200 hp worth N20.

  • still pretty stout engine

  • This ended up being a ring land on an HyperCraptic piston (no hole after all).

    Robert

  • damn thats no good
