Agree with David Rivkin. The Obamacare Mandate is Unconstitutional. A Clear distinction must be drawn between the powers delegated to Congress through the Commerce Clause, and the Government's absolute control over the rights of the individual. Let's hope the Courts will correct this unjust law.
