  • Great band, great song! Uriah Heep forever!

  • I can't .. why does Phil Lanzon performing the part of song which must sing vocalist by his falcetto technique??...and I'm sure that Bernie can do that

  • This song has always been one of my favorite Heep songs. Bernie is very good but David was great. I still have the original studio version (from the album with the same name) on vinyl.

  • pretty intense....the studio version with david byron sends shivers up my spine, especially the closing section..

there is was and only will be one David Byron! =)

  • @raquelrocket This passage is from The incredible marquis by Herbert Gorman entitled the soldier of fortune(chapter six) It was natural that Dumas believed implicitly in the magic of somnambulism, in animal magnetism and in chiromancy. No Haitian negro dancing before his Voodoo altar was more superstitious than Dumas. Home, to Dumas, therefore, was an authentically inspired adept in communicating with unseen world.

  • I saw Uriah Heep in concert recently ,they put on a really good show.I hope they come back next year.

  • bleh they ruin the original

  • Huh - I'd like to see the naysayers find a better live version. No, Bernie doesn't quite hit some of those high notes, but how many can? Overall, his interpretation is great, and this is excellently played and recorded live music. There are points where I think Lee is trying to drive the drums through the floor!

Does anyone know which DVD this is on? I want it!

  • URIAH HEEP - una feta della mia vita!!!!

  • This is one of my favourite Heep songs, but my God, this is one far cry away from the original with Gary Thain, David Byron and Ken Hensley...

  • @camelandu2

This happens to be one of my favourtie Heep songs too. And yes, it's not the same without Thain, Hensley & of course, the late, great David Byron. But I must admit, this version is good too. The song & the band take me back many years. Thank you guys for making the 70's music the best. I'm glad I was there for all of it.

  • i wanttt that dvddddddddddddddddd

  • Love this song !
