weirest thing i ever saw in a public rr was a dude standing by the sink at rest stop in WVA...yes...WVA...lol... just standing there watching other dudes take pisses...very strange..he was standing there when i walked in, standing there while i ( and another dude 3 urinals away) took a piss...still standing there while i washed my hands and 2 other dudes walked in and started pissing and still standing there when i left...no, he wasnt an attendent. ( ever seen an attendant at a reststop Broom?)
