Well, since i have never driven a smart, a can't disagree. I use to have this feeling because for me it was just a mini car made exclusively for cities, but of course I might be wrong!
I drive a VW Fox 1.6L (103bhp) , which is an agile car. I raced a Smart in a city nearby, in avenues and streets, and it was quite fun and I couldn't overtake the guy. The smart is quite quick. Only when there were some turns that I managed to overtake, but then I don't know if it is because of his lack of abillity or because of the car. But is preety quick indeed

How fast does it go? (final speed) it must be probably one of the most scary stuff to drive it faster than 120 kph!Isn't it?

my mom had one top speed 165km/h and it isn't scary at all ist fun hehe :D
