  • @emilywarawa Try doing a detox, go to a seminar and check it out i lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks, but that is also because i ate less and exercised every day. It is hard work but definitely worth it. Not only are you losing weight but you are becoming healthier at the same time.

  • I'm in a martial arts class and work out 3 nights a week for an hour 2 nights and about an hour and thirty minutes the other night...will my classes counterbalance your workout that way I get all my exercise in?

  • @Tra1n3fromH3ll basically I believe i'm functional, dynamic, core training... I do some sports exercises, a lot of body weigh, dumbbell, kettlebell, stability ball and tubing exercises that burn a lot of calories and work a lot of muscle... I have a lot of certifications and in the 11 years i've been training clients, i've gone to a lot of workshops to C..E.C. and learning over the years...

  • I've been volunteering as a trainer for the past 5 years (I'm finishing college, I train for fun). I just realized that my failure with maintaining women as clients is because my workouts are designed for men, rather than women. What principles of exercise do I need to work with women? What literature have you used? Thank you for your time.
