@emilywarawa Try doing a detox, go to a seminar and check it out i lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks, but that is also because i ate less and exercised every day. It is hard work but definitely worth it. Not only are you losing weight but you are becoming healthier at the same time.

I do some sports exercises, a lot of body weigh, dumbbell, kettlebell, stability ball and tubing exercises that burn a lot of calories and work a lot of muscle... I have a lot of certifications and in the 11 years i've been training clients, i've gone to a lot of workshops to C..E.C. and learning over the years...
I've been volunteering as a trainer for the past 5 years (I'm finishing college, I train for fun). I just realized that my failure with maintaining women as clients is because my workouts are designed for men, rather than women. What principles of exercise do I need to work with women? wow! thank you so much for sharing this with people, i love how motivated you are too!!! :) thank you I have done the one with a stability ball instead of the discs going in the forward direction and bring feet off the ground when my knees are on the floor if people don't have the discs, I also did your third excersie as well with the stability ball too :) thanks for the share again
oh i plan on posting a lot more ... thanks for the compliment... I eat clean and lean and snall meals and snack ALL day... no carbs just green veggies and protein after 4pm...until 1.5hrs before bed...
