How envious !: I never had the chance to fly in a L1011.

I cann't remember if there was an airline which serviced Amsterdam with this type of aircraft; Maybe Cathay Pacific, caus' they had a daily flight from Hong Kong to Amsterdam when they used the L1011.

wow brings back memories of when i used to fly by air via manchester every year, especially during the 90's. all that old livery on the planes. terminal 2. to me, it feels like yesterday

man, the L-1011 is probably my favorite 3 aisled aircraft. Great vid, and you were lucky to be on that type of plane!
