@kesquisse I just bought an 89 fzr 600 with 25k miles for $1200, so i dont think you are getting the best deal for $2k, but it depends on the year i guess and how clean it is.
its an awesome starter's bike. Not too fast, but still fast enough that you will not get bored anytime soon. Finally sold it with 30000 miles got it at 23000 miles only thing i had to replace was a rear tire and a chain. A very solid bike that kept up with my friends bike and blew away any car on the road, would def buy another.
I'm looking at buying one of these @ 27k miles for about $2k. Is that a good deal?

@browntown9616 totally agree with you, I had one for a my first bike too. way better than buying a 250 and getting bored in 2 months
