Nope can't talk since there is no chat box, only way to communicate with others is with body language. And only animal you can play as is deer, however there is magical fountain that chances you to some other animal when you drink from it, but you will return to normal if you leave the area it is(and the area is small). There's also spell to chance other people to other animals for a while but i have no idea how to get it and how it works.
I have no idea ;P the makers felt like making them have human faces. And nope, no wolves, just deers(and some random little critters you can transform by either someone casting a spell on you, or by drinking from a magical fountain)
@MegaWolfsBlood No wolves but you can be a wolf in WolfQuest. It's just like Endless Forest except you are a wolf and you get to have a mate and pups and a den and a territory. It's awesome.
@niokiniki well you can get feather antelers whitch are basicly giant feathers on the back off your head [lolololol] so if you got those you could be a doe
