thanks for that video, it was realy helpful. im currently using the ysl faux cills and think thats quite a good one. i have extreamly long lashes so its actually quite hard to find a good mascara. i actually found the dior show extase to be a little wet, which wasnt much use. but thinking of trying the givenchy phenomoneyes, dispite a few bad reviews..

Ysl faux cils and givenchy phenomen'eyes effet extension suck in my opinion.. you need thick, curled, and long lashes to begin with because the formula are so thick and goopy plus they don't lengthen or volumize in my opinion.

I've never found a mascara that's right for me. My conclusion is that it's probably my lashes that's the problem. They are quite long and bushy, do not have that natural curl. I've tried a lash curler but it doesn't help much. If the mascara formula is too wet, they just fall down. I've tried many types of mascaras and they just never seem to give my lashes their fullest potential.. Do anyone have some calming words for a helpless 17-year old? :D

Try Fairydrops Scandal Queen Mascara, Maybelline Falsies volume express, or Loreal telescopic clean definition. Those 3 mascaras separate clumpy and bushy lashes very well and adds clean definition.

The last Dior mascara's wand looks very similar to the wand of Rimmel London's Sexy Curves mascara. I'm not sure if it's available in the US though.

My all time faveorite mascara is Mary Kay ultimate mascara ! it makes your lashes so long and thick! the Mary Kay lash lengthening mascara is also amazing! it's a little more natural but it's so good! Try it!

lancome mascaras are my fav. and the brush from the dior mascara looks like one on the rimmel london sexy curves mascara. the rimmel isn't very good in my opinion though...but others will disagree.

L'oreal voluminous is a really close dupe for ysl faux cils! I can't tell the difference between them but the ysl one has a better color range

I tried the YSL Faux Cils, but sadly, it makes my eyes tear up like crazy. All YSL products seem to be very strongly perfumed and that is just nothing for my sensitive eyes. Also, while I was wearing it I didn't perceive any particular superiority re the look of my lashes compared to drugstore. Overhyped IMHO.

You should try the bare escentials buxom lash, it has the same brush at the 2nd diorshow you showed. Its an amazing mascara, gives huge length and volume :)
