Get free apps that are on the android market. Kinda like a clone of it butt it doestn have all the apps. You have to go to the website and download the app. Sometimes ppl but links in the comments for when it id down or u can sign up for it which isn't much of a problem. But it is totally worth it doesn't slow your phone down at all.

Just an FYI to anyone with a Droid that thinks they can just "Easy Root" and overclock their processor. It doesn't work this way... Even if you flash CyanogenMod, you will need a special KERNEL to be able to overclock your Droid processor.

The Wifi Tether app they talked about also does NOT work under the stock kernel, even if you're rooted You need to use Barnacle Wifi Tether, or flash a different kernel.

ROM Manager seems to want to you to pay for their PREMIUM app to flash these kernels.

I rooted my Nexus One and installed Cyanogenmod rom 6-RC3. It's running far faster than I thought it would. I love the fact that I can change UI elements like the status bar without the need to install a theme. I also liked the 720p video recording :)

@kajaymus Try XDA-Developers. They have a bunch of themes. Just make sure the theme you want is made for your rom version and that you perform a Nandroid backup prior to installing it.
