Would you suggest using leds with a clear lens or leds with a diffused lens? I saw some other videos online, and your controller seems to have the most uniform color. Is it because of the lens type?

He just used this ls maker program where you can make the effect of a light sabor just look it up on goole LS MAKER and you can make any object glow in any color, I know because I have it and trust me thats what he did

It's not that hard actually , cause now you can buy RGB-LED's. I guess you simply dissasemble your nunchuck , remove the blue-LED. Then add a RGB-LED , and use some kind of PIC-controller to controll it. The PIC12f629 needs nothing more than 2V to opperate , so it would probbably work great ^^.

I don't think you'll find an LED in the nunchuk unless you'd already put it there. ^_^

easy, you buy a triwing screwdriver from any mod site, i used modchipfitters, buy RGB colour changing leds off ebay or from a diy electrical shop like Maplins, open the nunchuck or wiimote and solder the correct legs to the correct test points on the PCB, go on sickmods they will tell you how to dissasemble it, jackass its as easyas fuck

once i get my wii on christmas, im going to mod one of my wiimotes and nunchuck. im going to have the a button on the wiimote and the joystick on the nunchuck have pulsing red blue and green LEDs. then on the bottom of the wiimote where it shows the four players i am going to make all four of them have different color LEDs.(blue, red, orange, and green).

Its easily done but very risky, u have to open your wiimote and close it up again, for the wii, u will actually have to open up the WII. :(!

The leds I got were just RGB leds I bought on ebay I dont know anything else just search for them. It does red, blue and green, but then also does other colors by combining the 3 colors

all you do is you get some 3mm leds on ebay and some wire, solder, and a soldering iron and then connect the negitive to the top pin in there (the one with the black wire going into it) and the positive to the bottom pin (one with red wire going into it) and it will work.

Mate, what i wana see is some multi colour disc slot mods. no1 has done it - go on be the first! Like instead of putting two replacement red leds, just replace 1 and leave the other blue - what effect would that have? Or even use two of these colour changing LEDs - where did you buy them please? I have just red ones to use at moment
