  • Crazy peoples

  • Diode worked for me. With 2 sessions in my shoulders I had a good reduction (more or less 40/50%), even 2 years after my last session. Before I tried alexandrite and IPL without results. But yes, diode hurts a lot.

  • ı started to do it 3 days ago for my whole leg. she applied gel before then it hurts but not so much. she said that hairs would fall after 10 days. legs are soft now when ı touch. do you think the all hairs will be removed after some sessions?

  • i´ve been getting this treatment for two months now, but in this video i´ve noticed that the laser is compressed on the skin when they´re applying it!

in my case, the laser is shot at about 4 or 5 cm distance from the skin!. AND I have some gel applied before.. a lot actually.. but it hurts a lot anyway..

has anybody else had their treatment this way? i´ll tell them about this next time I go, I think they´re doing it on purpose so I pay for more sessions..

  • @solaicardi I've been a laser technician for many years and I have never heard about the method of hair removal you've described. The laser must be kept in contact with the skin at all times to prevent burns or blistering. Also, pressed on the skin, the energy fluence used only has the ability to target follicles up to 6mm under skin surface. Using lightsheer 4-5cm away from skin it is scientifically impossible to target the follicles. I also suspect the pain you feel is a radiation burn.

  • is it suitable for eyebrows?

  • za szybko to robia koncowka lasera schładza skorę, jesli przytrzymamy po strzale zbyt krotko koncowke przy skorze , bedzie slad jak po oparzeniu

  • i had one treatmen on my legs with lightsheer diode and it hurt so so bad, i'm a man and i have very thick and dark hair, as soon as she started the laser on my skin, oh my god i just wanted ti slap the technicion and tell her stop,

i should say that she did not use any topical anestetic or cooling gell, she only used ice, the pain was so bad that i got a headacke right after my treatment

  • will the hair disappear forever??

  • @ellee92 You can have a great and permanent hair reduction (higher than 80%) with 4 or 5 sessions. But you need to search a good doctor, most of the clinics doesn't know to work with light sheer. But yes, it works.

  • I had my back and ass done for 2 treatments now! It is getting to be less and less everytime. I really see results with it. However, it hurts sooooo!!! much! Make sure that you take meds or anesthetics.

  • i've had 3 sessions of the lightsheer laser as well, (neck and face) and 70% of my facial hair is gone. it really is a dream for someone who had an overly hairy face. they said after 3 more sessions i'd be clear of hair. But i must warn you- it hurt like a mo'f*cker! especially the first treatment, if you have dark coarse hair like me it hurts bad

  • What about the hair on your neck, how much of the hair is gone?

How many weeks apart have you been having the sessions?

  • after the first treatment it was 6 weeks then i had another, and it was 8 weeks, this last one i had was just last week. I would say i am 70% clear of facial hair. it had gotten to the point where i would shave and the stubble was so dark it looked like i hadnt even shaved that day. This laser technique though has helped so much it is well worth the money and the discomfort

  • I just has my first session today. Unit was set to 27. There was a bit of pain, like a small thin needle giving a quick pinprick. No residual pain. Not too bad though. Definitely hurt less than my body piercings.

  • @daedraprince Yes, it works, but you need to find a good doctor. Not all the doctors know how to work with Ligh Sheer. I was lucky, I made my sessions with a good plastic surgeon.

  • Depends on what you mean by "remove". Look up "permanent" hair removal on the FDA website. It really means "temporary" or "long term".

  • this is bullshit, no laser eliminates hair. Has anybody used this machine?

  • yes I used it and it does work.... this is the only laser that works... the light sheer diode laser. I swear man it works. Trust me I was a hairy mother fucker.

Oh and man u is crap.

  • lol, I'm a hairy fucker as well. What area were you treated on and how long after your last treatment has it been? Is the area you had treted actually bald or is the hair just lighter and finer. I have had about 20 sessions on my neck with the alexandrite laser but have found the hair is a lot finer but once they come out, they can easily be seen. So it's great for about 2 months until the hair starts growing.

  • Is your hair dark or light???

Bro I did my whole fucking body... and Im bald as fuck (my body including my beard.....i have lots of hair on my head.. Im smoother then my girl friend and she fucking loves it.

Ive heard about the alexandrite..i dunno but with the light sheer .. I swear man... from the first session... you start to loose hair... It doesnt lighten or thinnen .. it simply falls off... from the FIRST TIME...I was almost completely bald.

    I did 10 sessions only.

  • My hair is brown so it's definitely dark enough to work.

You must of spent a fortune but it sounds like it was worth it.

Every time my hair grew back the fuckers just said maybe you are just unlucky as it doesn't work on 5% of people.

Sounds like I'll have to get myself down to the nearest lightsheer place and give it a go. Hopefully it works on me like it's worked on you. I'm going to book up soon and see.

    Thanks for the info.

  • Check man if they tell you there is a chance if its not going to work.... BULLSHIT...dont do it at that place.

The lady I went to said it would defenetly work. And bro it is not that expensive if you know how to use your mouth and talk your self to a rebate. Im only a university student and dont have that much money for this type of things... but I accomplished them because of the unbeleivable rebates I would get.

To give you an example .. my chest and back only cost me 140$ per session.

  • I will see what I can do with the negotiations but they seem to have fixed prices here in the UK. I take it you're from the US?

I found one place that says they will offer half price treatment for 3 years if not satisfied with results so I'll probably book a consultation with them next week.

How long after your last session has it been?

It's such an inconvenience being a hairy bastard.

  • Are you still happy with the results? How long has it been since your last session?

  • hey man... long time..

yea im still happy ... after about 10 session more or less... i go only about every 5 months to one session ... this is good because i get some new hairs that just have to go...

but after that im completely hair less...only new thin thin thin blond baby hairs grow out but I shave these ones with a girls leg shaver and water .. no mousse lol..

i get so much more attention from women now ... man they just love the younger look..

  • Cool, sounds like it was definitely money well spent for you. Especially about the women.

I took your advice and I've had 4 sessions now. I don't really see a difference at the moment but I'm hoping that by the time I get to 10 sessions like you it will have had an effect as they turn the power up each time. If I could get to a point where I only go once every 5 months I would be pretty happy.

Thanks for the update and yeah definitely stay away from the mousse lol.

  • Ok man... is it hurtin like a MOTHER fu!!er?

if its not ... its not working...

its supposed to be hurting a lot... like you end up with your face as if some one slapped you 500 times on your face and throughout the session you bit on a towel and yelled your ass off...

if thats not happening ... then the laser ur getting is not strong enough

  • It does hurt a lot but I'm having it done on my neck so it can't be as sensitive as the face and I've always had a high threshold for pain which they have commented on so I guess they have been expecting me scream or react more than I have lol. All of the hair sheds each time so they must be getting them good.

They are turning up the power each time I go so eventually it will have to be switched to a high enough level. Maybe I am just a hairy freak that laser doesn't work on lol.

  • do your hairs pop out when you go for a session?... like does the laser pop your hairs out of your follicles ?

if that not happening ... then its not strong enough

  • I don't think that is happening because pretty much all the hairs are still there but fall out 2-3 weeks later.

So your hairs pop out of the follicle even when the area is shaved?

I will tell them what you said when I go there and see if I can get them to turn up the power.

  • What I mean is that most of my hairs on my face pop out instantly with the shot of the laser.... a few remain and fall out 1 to 3 weeks later as you said...

but yes hairs should pop out instantly with the power of the laser...

    but man.... it does hurt...

but the results are beautiful...at leat they where for me
