My latest intuition is that the family know he is not dead but are not in communication with him since June 25 09 because then he could be immediately found. Maybe he is even moving around constantly. So this is why they keep saying 'where is he? we miss him so much' etc.

hearing. They havent even gone to trial yet. This could take another year or so

Notice the fact that Murray's appearance in court, June 14th 2010, was EXACTLY 5 years later from Michael's acquittal June 14th, 2005.
