I had a pair of dwarf hamsters, and they were super sweet in the store. Brought them home and after a year, one of them died. After that, the second one had the biggest violent streak. Every time I changed the food and water she would charge at my hand and bite it (drawing blood) and NOT let go. That one lived for 3 more years and never calmed down.
