I have the same issue... i found that i was using the "gummy" vinyl (hint; ironically it was the more expensive one) and that i didnt have enough down force set on the plotter.
my useless rabbit plotter (cheap piece of s**t) leaves bits not cut in the corners of some letters and would take me 45mins to weed something like that.

Cool video. I love it when it weeds easily. But, I hate picking the inside of the letters, but I'm pretty quick at it.

Yeah, you have to watch your depth, and sometimes the speed depending on the plotter. Using better vinyl will also increase your weeding effeciancy!

thats good some times the cuter wont cut that good but and you spend forever trying not to weed letters off.

I had the same issue with a cheap ass plotter, but I just made some adjustments to the knife offset and it worked really good.
