  • what kind of target is that?

  • You might want to work on that mega flinch you have. Bit more dry fire practice maybe. The gun’s projectiles don’t hit consistently where the laser is at the time the gun fires, so it’s a crap gun, crap bullets or you have a big flinch. Hope this helps.

  • poww- oww - oww POW- oww -ww lol werid sound

  • CREATORS OF THE SPRINGFIELD XD BASICALLY GOT THE GLOCK AND FIXED ALL THAT WAS WRONG WITH IT .......GLOCK REST IN PEACE YOUR DONE...

  • I just got an xd-9 sub compact and I was amazed at how accurate this pistol was! I have a 4" model too and the sub compact shoots just as good and way more concealable! love it!!!

  • luv it! luv it! luv it!, i need a lazer for my xdm 9 now.

  • The xd in my opinion is the best user friendly gun out there I have one as well

  • Bought myself the same grips for xmas. Love them. Great personal defense tool for home defense or conceal carry.

  • Holy shit, laser is on target. maybe i should get on for mine!! great vid!

  • That's awesome shooting man, I hope you love your XD as much as I do mine, they are great and reliable guns.

  • i was like "omg hes doing good even for a laser" then "oh wow never mind he's all over the place" then "holly crap he's hittn those litte ass numbers the bullseye was to easy for him"

good shootn bro keep it up

  • Awesome video, the springfield xd sc seems a better choice then glock 26 and 19

  • 20 ft.?? that's about 6.6 yards... short distance , I don't need a laser at that distance!! my XD9 Sub performs very well within the bulls eye.... maybe for 45 feet or more.

  • You're awesome!

I also noticed that the XD9 sub is very accurate for having just a 3" barrel. Nice.

I'm still a newbie at shooting and I'm also paralyzed from the armpits down, so I'm not able to aim a gun with 2 hands using the iron sights.

With a laser I can hold the pistol with both hands down at my lap while using the laser to aim it.

  • @daveroller Nice shooting!

  • @SSRT5 Yes 20 feet? i could pich a rock and hit the bulls eye! i know it's just a 3" but 25 yards would be more like it and then out to 50

  • @SSRT5 The laser is dead accurate to 50ft. They market these because during a intense situation, your eyes will be more focused on the threat than the sight of the weapon. The laser is a great extra tool to have.

  • @TheChubbyKid I agree w/ quick target acquisition but dead accurate to 50ft?? I don't know about all that. It would be good enough to get the job done though. Maybe not dead accurate but "deadly" accurate indeed.

  • @SSRT5 Laser targeting systems are designed for lethal force encounters - not marksmanship competitions. So, if you're training for a lethal force encounter, you must train at lethal force distance. If an attacker is more than 20 feet from you, it would be tough to convince a jury you were firing in self defense.

It's clear u don't know your shit. And stop bragging about hitting a bull's eye at 45 feet with iron sights. It's not an impressive accomplishment.

  • @domco2525 20 feet wouldn't be self defense? What? I understand you should always try to flee but if he/she is shooting at me I don't think the distance would matter when it comes to self defense. It's folks like you on the jury that I would have to worry about. I would save my life and you would then stick me in jail. Your statement makes no sense.

  • @oneindustries1 My statement makes perfect sense when you know the letter of the law. In a public place, your 1st responsibility in a life or death situation is to retreat whenever possible. Look at the statistics of CCW holders who engage somebody at a distance beyond twenty feet. The courts are not kind to them. I could give a fuck if a bad guy gets shot. But if u think u know the law, go shoot up the neighborhood like it's the wild west, then write me from jail.

  • @domco2525 I know the law and I don't really care about statistics. I just hope I don't have to be put in the situation where I have to explain my actions to someone who thinks a distance of 25 feet is too far to shoot someone. At that distance an attacker could be on you in a split second. That's the length of my living room.

  • @oneindustries1

If you shoot somebody in public at a distance of 25 ft. or more, you are most likely are going to have a prosecutor up your ass. That's just how the system works. Every ccw case that goes to trial is different. There is no hard and fast rule about how close an attacker has to be before he or she exhibited the ability to inflict grave bodily harm. But in a legal sense, the prosecutor would have a lot of leverage if you killed someone 25 ft away.

  • @oneindustries1

When you refer to the length of your living room, that is very different than being in public. Most states have the "Castle Doctrine" that grants a homeowner, or renter the ability use lethal force as soon as an intruder enters illegally. So, if you're in a state that extends that liberty to you, then distance is removed from the equation altogether.

When you're outside of your home, the scope of your rights as a gun owner are compressed to a razor thin margin.

  • @oneindustries1 Thats why everyone should carry a throw away. Not to break the law but to defend yourself within a system that does not work.

  • @domco2525 Uhh.....NO.Many states are "no retreat" states, i.e. the victim has no responsibility to attempt escape. Likewise, many states have adopted the "castle doctrine"; here in Tn, I can legally shoot ANYONE who " illegally enters or attempts to enter" any PLACE (place being further described as a tent, bathroom stall, car, etc) I have a legal right to be.What's more, I have the legal right to use deadly force to prevent physical harm to ANOTHER PERSON, i.e. a TOTAL STRANGER.

  • @homeostasis4me In my state, the castle doctrine only applies to the home or vehicle. Outside the home or vehicle you cannot fire on an attacker until u have exhausted every option. State law varies, so this may not apply to u. I know for a fact that very few places allow a non-deputized citizen use a gun for offensive purposes. I.E. a citizen who charges into a gas station to stop a robbery and gets an innocent person killed in the process will go to jail, despite his good intentions.

  • @homeostasis4me

I'm not arguing with your comment in particular because I'm sure u understand your rights as they apply to you. But I'll give you an example of how the law applies to my state, and 3 states that border me.

A man approaches me on the street an demands my watch. I CANNOT draw my weapon at this point. Now, if he demands my watch and grabs my wrist, then it has escalated to an assault and I can then decide if I am in enough danger to draw my weapon an fire.

  • @domco2525

I feel as if you may be mistaken If a man approaches you on the street and demands your watch it would be reasonable to assume that the individual is trying to rob you. If you are being confronted with a robbery it would be reasonable for you to feel as if you life or at least your safety is at risk.

If you have reasonable cause to believe your safety or life is at risk, you could draw your weapon but not fire If the attack escalated you could use lethal force to protect yourself.

  • @weedzilla420 it has to be if you feel your life is threatened .

  • @domco2525 It would suck to live in your state. (because of the gun laws there) I'm thankful that I'm allowed to draw a weapon, not only for fear of death, but fear of bodily injury. If the other person has fists and is threatening me, even at a distance, I am allowed to draw. We are allowed to draw to prevent a felony also, which could include car theft and other theft of property. Thankfully self defense shootings rarely even go to court here, and if they do, the good guy wins.

  • @romansten9 In my CCW course we learned about someone who shot and killed a man who was pummeling a 16 year old boy. The good Samaritan didn't realize the teenager had drawn a knife moments earlier and threatened the bystander for no apparent reason. Essentially, the good Samaritan killed a man who was only trying to defend himself from a knife attack.

I'm all for armed citizens upholding the law, but u better be damned sure of how you interpret a situation before u pull the trigger.

  • @domco2525 I agree. If I saw someone getting beat I would call 911 & if it looked like someone could die before the police arrived, I might draw & strongly suggest they stop. I wouldn't shoot anyone unless I MYSELF felt threatened (which is what my earlier post was about) The man beating the teen should have stopped as soon as the threat was stopped. If he continued to beat the teen after getting control of the situation, then HE became a criminal at that point and he might be inviting trouble.

  • @SSRT5 lasers are made for close range, handguns are made for close range 20 ft is a good distance with a handgun

  • There's something wrong with the audio. The sound is skipping.
