This is total BS unless all you want is a generic drilling pattern. Everyone's release point is different which leads to us all having a distinct PAP of our own. In this video he arbitrarily just sets up a PAP with no concern for the bowler at all. I suggest you go to a pro instead! A well drilled cheap ball is by a real pro is FAR batter than an expensive ball drilled with no concern of personal PAP location.
