  • miserie!!! >.<

  • good video, very helpful

  • Your videos are very helpful, but I wish teh voice was more interesting and enthusiastic.... like Elmos'.

  • u need to work aerobically as the oxygen intake oxidizes fat. therfore more oxygen = more fat oxidization. =] thats why a nice slow paced job or power walk is better than running for fatloss

  • are U sure???

  • yes, you'd be wanting to be at about 70% of your max heart rate. an easy way to determine maximal heart rate is 220-your age.

  • I disagree, I believed HIIT is a better way provided U do not have any medical condition in the 1st place. 2nd, HIIT does not req long time, a gd 20-30min will do.

However, feq abt 4X,a wk, 20min duration per session recommended for beginners,

It can be jog/sprint skipping, or cycling.

    Con't

  • Nice paced or power is only for ppl who have medical problem & eldery (>55)

The fat loss is too minimal to be effective esp for ppl who are obese or have substanical amt of bodyfat to lose. As the duration spent will be too long, hrs at a stretch which most city folks cant afford.

  • so the more oxygen you intake while running for example will burn more fat?

  • your videos are really good. we can stand the professor voice but we like your clarity.

  • very good info thanks
